Fill your fridge with better.

Performance Fridge was built around a simple idea: real food, sourced with intention, prepared for real families.

🥩 Responsibly raised, sustainable proteins
🥕 Local + organic produce whenever possible
🫒 High-quality olive oil — never seed oils
🌾 Gluten free
🚫 No refined sugar
🌱 Seasonal ingredients from farms + purveyors we trust
🍽️ Family-friendly food built around foundational nutrition

No gimmicks. No chasing nutrition trends. No sacrificing ingredient quality for margins.

Just thoughtfully sourced, nutrient-dense food designed to make feeding an active family exceptionally well a whole lot easier.

A stocked fridge. A stronger foundation.

Performance Fridge
Creating a new standard for prepared family meals.

10 minutes.
•
10 minutes is all you need to put together intentional, beautiful, simple, nutritious plates for the whole family.
•
Swipe to see last night’s dinner at my house between school, homework & before football practice:
1. Mom & Dad
2. Big Kids (9 & 11)
3. Three year old
4. Baby girl
•
Same program. Different plates.
•
Busy parents, young athletes, pro athletes, business executives, it makes no difference. We should be fueling our lives with the highest quality, nutritious food we can to really optimize our goals.
•
DM to inquire about the new @performance.fridge program.
