NEW ERA

Director & Editor: Me (@glxnnyboi @gtwntytwo)
Videographer: Me & @souljethebeing
Inspiration: @gunna - bread & butter [Official Video]

Inspired by Gunna’s song ‘bread & butter’ and its respective official music video, the pieces of art dives into the start of the next phase of Gunna’s life after his release from jail back in December 2022 where he had later faced public scrutiny and also having to move forward on his own without the same people he came up with which I personally feel like I can relate to.

At this point of time in the last year of my mid-20s, I still have to face reoccurring challenges such as solitude, grief and depression. There are ways to deal with these problems such as by constantly having motion and introducing yourself to new people and new experiences. Once you are able to realise that then you can put yourself in the position to be able to move on and move forward.
