POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

‘Twas the closing before Christmas 🎄

Want to give a huge congratulations to my buyer on his recently renovated property right near downtown Dover.

One of the key contributing factors in securing this property UNDER ask was the ability to close within 30 days and ultimately that is what led to our offer being accepted.

It was a great stress free process. Remember it’s about who you work with !

At Weichert we will take care of you from the 1st step down to the closing table. It’s the Power of Yellow 🟡

STAY LOCAL / Episode 3
In this episode, I’m sitting down with Daniel Arias! 🛹 Skateboarding isn’t just about tricks, it’s about the people, the stories, and the culture that make it so unique. Daniel shares his journey and shows how skating brings people together from every corner and background.

STAY LOCAL: Over the summer, I filmed a fun multi-episode skateboarding series about the skateboarding lifestyle and the community of people behind it. The goal is to showcase the diversity of skateboarders while also promoting my local skateshop @cultivateskateshop and skate team @zsk8tz. Support the people around you! Enjoy this realistic take on a skaters life through the lens of an iPhone!

So cool NJ native @jeffdechesare hung out, shared skate stories throughout his career and stoked the hype in us sk8rs. What is seen in an edit/video part can never really do justice for the sk8rs 100% of the time. Parts that will leave the viewer 🤯 and with unfinished questions that seem to usually start with"how the..." and "what the..." When a pro is chilling in your local shop that's when your opportunity is to get those answers.
Be on the lookout for Jeff's next skatevideo video.
Hope we can sesh next time you are around the East coast.
Thank you so much🙏🙌

"We did our Skate Jam at George Gramby park and there was such a great turn out. The weather was perfect. We provided the obstacles, insurance, got permission from the town. We’ll have some of the best skaters coming out of Morristown if we get a skatepark. They’re not sure if having a skatepark is the best idea for the town, so they want to go small scale, and then work up to a more professionally made skatepark. We work with the companies directly, through sales reps. If we see a kid that’s super good, we can send them the footage and they can decide to be like- “what shoe size is he? let's send him a box a month!”- Daniel

THANK YOU to the Town of Morristown as we got the privilege to hold Morristowns Official Hispanic Heritage Month Plaque for the week

The Hispanic community has had a long standing history in Morristown, NJ and is a back bone of this city, so a huge shout out to anyone and everyone who’s come from nothing to create something. We’ll continue to strive to provide a safe, fun, and inclusive space for everyone to come and enjoy and make new friends regardless of race or ethnicity

BTW Did you guys know our owners are of Russian and Colombian descent?

After countless years without a proper storefront, @guaropapi and @dimdimdaash8 finally took the initiative to open @cultivateskateshop and put northwestern NJ back on the skateboarding community’s radar.
