There’s a difference between knowing something…
And living it

Breathwork isn’t just a practice

It becomes something you carry into your day
Into your relationships
Into how you meet life

Out here, in nature, it lands differently

The air is clearer
The mind is quieter
The body is more willing to listen

But it doesn’t stop with the breath

Through sound healing
Through ceremony
Through practices like despacho

We begin to work on deeper layers

Releasing tension
Restoring balance
Resetting the nervous system

Not by force
But by allowing

This is where practice becomes integration

Simple
Real
Unforced

If you’re curious to explore this deeper

Yoga was never meant to be just movement

It’s a way of meeting yourself

Not pushing
Not performing
But listening

Some days the body feels open
Some days it doesn’t

And both are part of the practice

Because this path isn’t about becoming more perfect

It’s about becoming more honest

And from that place…
Something real can shift

The greatest progress in yoga isn’t seen. It’s felt

If that resonates, my DMs are open

Happy to share more

This is what people don’t show you about retreats…

It’s not just the ceremonies
Not just the mountains
Not just the practices

It’s the laughter in between
The random moments
The feeling of being fully yourself… without needing to explain anything

Somewhere between the breathwork, the hikes, the ceremonies, and the conversations…
walls drop

And strangers become family

If you’ve been feeling the call for something different
Not more information — but real experience

You’ll understand this

Grateful for the people we co-create with
And spaces like @raicesinkas that make this possible

More soon

🌿 We have karma yogi spots opening in mid-April 🌿

We’re inviting a few beautiful humans to come volunteer with us for a month here at the farm.

Life here is shared. We live in community, care for the spaces together, connect with each other, and share meals, laughter, and lots of silly fun moments.

This is a place to open your heart and express your creativity in whatever way you feel called to.

If you feel the call to step away from the busy world and spend some time in nature, in community, and in the rhythm of the farm, we would love to hear from you ✨

Send us a DM if you feel the pull to join us.

Yesterday we spent another BEAUTIFUL evening together by the fire🔥
Sharing songs, singing our hearts out in love and devotion, and letting the night hold us.

We gathered in the Tea Haux for a bunch of playful improvisation, sweated side by side in the sacred sauna, and gently closed the evening in meditation in the Om Dome.

The simple moments of togetherness… this is the medicine.
Thank you to everyone that came to sing along 💛✨

What actually happens when you live in a real community for a week? 🌿

Slow mornings. Shared meals. Practice, rest, lake swims, spontaneous music, real connection, with the land and with each other.

We’re opening the farm from tomorrow for a one-week community immersion.

Not a retreat. Just shared life and a few days to reconnect to yourself.

✨ 35% off for this special week.

DM us or WhatsApp +502 4815-4649 if you’re curious.

oh god i know
a garden is better than a cage
i know a palace is better than a ruin
but i'm that owl in this world who loves to live in the ruins of love
i may be that poor wandering soul
but watch all the aspiration and light
watch the glow of god reflecting my face

So much love and gratitude for my Peru family. Words can’t express how lucky I am to have you all in my life. Even though our paths are starting to take their own twists and turns, I will hold all of you in my heart until we meet again. Getting to spend this time together in the sacred valley and magical apus has been everything 🏔️🤍🌵🔥✨
