The secret to bed pleasure 🤫

(Discover free gift CODE in caption 🎁)

Hey Sensualist,

had a great time yesterday with Sayra Player @sayraplayer , Hollywod Star, on our Instagram live talking about the #1 Pelvic Floor mistake in bed which is:

EFFORT!

The worse thing you can do is trying too hard to get yours—you´ll miss it all together!

Because of these science backed facts:

1️⃣ Effort highjacks the orgasmic reflex. Instead of clenching, let your Pelvic Floor naturally lead you to climax on autopilot.

2️⃣ Effort is counter anatomical to the stabilizing tone of the Pelvic Floor. Instead, get started to sense it´s nuanced natural movement of about 2mm every time you breathe.

Here´s me in this clip showing how little the Pelvic Floor moves the sit bones!

There´s a lot of misinformation in regards to intercourse, claiming the more you kegel and vag1nal weight lift the better you´ll climax which in fact can be detrimental to pelvic health.

The truth is that when it comes to pleasure in bed:

LESS IS MORE! 🌸💦

This is contrary to our cultural conditioning that demands to work harder—even in your most private realm.

But the call is yours. To become sovereign in your intimacy, take ownership of your bodily experience and authorize yourself to delight effort-less-ly.

If you´re ready to get started, check out the “Pelvic Floor Sensuality” practice I designed for Sayra´s Guided By Glow, the #1 Sexual Meditation APP focused on Somatic Sexual Embodiment Audio.

This practice´ll help you:

🌸 Overcome numbness

🌸 Increase sensitivity in your lady parts

🌸 Feel comfortable to receive the intimate pleasure of simply breathing.

You can do it as:

💦 Prep warm up for a romantic encounter

💦 Embodiment recovery from numbness

💦 Everyday sensuality routine

“Pelvic Floor Sensuality” meditation has just dropped inside Guided By Glow and I have a gift for you!

Access to this meditation and all the contents inside Guided By Glow for free this month entering the code: CANDIA

Let me tell you sisters, the biggest form of activism you can do for yourself and for a better world is to get in touch with your body, your cycle, your rhythms and needs …

Cause a woman in touch with her body, and I mean DEEPLY in touch:

🌸 her BS meter is heightened
🌸she does not say yes to everyone & everything at the expense of betraying herself
🌸she takes very good care of her divine self because she knows how worthwhile she is
🌸she consistently goes against the grain in service of her health & happiness
🌸and so much more!

And when she does these things, guess what?
💫her hormones are more balanced, in the most natural way possible
💫she KNOWS herself - no outside world input needed (thank you very much! — bye bye 👋)
💫her days are filled with joy, cause she lives life on her own terms
💫she feels a heck of a lot better

Link in bio for my online, go at your own pace (you decide when 😉) course: The Alchemy of Perimenopause - to ignite your Alchemy now. Learn how to care for yourself, manage symptoms, tweak your lifestyle & more ❤️🙌🏻💃🏻

Special offering expires this Sunday / the offering totally disappears March 10th

I look forward to your Alchemy 💫💫💫🙌🏻🌷

Love
Michelle
