There’s something incredibly humbling about watching people understand a vision God placed on your heart long before anyone else could see it.

I never take that for granted. Every person who wears LightFlex, shares our work, or believes in what we’re building… thank you.

Especially when it comes to ROB HELL™ and SALTY™. Two very different statements, but both created with a purpose far beyond fashion.

ROB HELL™ was designed to challenge perception, interrupt the ordinary, and spark conversations about faith in places where those conversations might never happen.

SALTY™ was born from Matthew 5:13… “Ye are the salt of the earth.” A reminder that our presence should make a difference, that our faith should have influence, and that we were never called to blend into everything around us.

One challenges what you see. The other challenges how you live.

That’s the psychology behind the creativity. That’s the ministry behind the movement.

I am genuinely grateful for everyone who sees beyond the fabric and understands the message. Because when someone connects with something you created on that level, you realize the vision is reaching further than you ever imagined.

I’m simply grateful to be a vessel.

Romanticize your life. Your projects, your growth, your businesses, your relationships, your lunch dates…

Romanticize the quiet mornings, the answered prayers, the unexpected laughter, the ideas that keep you up at night, and the courage it takes to start something you don’t know how to finish yet.

Celebrate the little wins. The bills you managed to pay. The boundaries you finally learned to set. The friendships that don’t require you to perform. The people who remember the small details. The conversations that leave you feeling lighter.

Romanticize becoming someone you’re proud of, even when nobody notices the work you’re putting in.

Stop treating your present life like a waiting room for a better one.

God is already moving in the ordinary moments you’ve been overlooking.

And anything that cannot meet you with genuine love, peace, and reciprocity… release it.

You don’t need a perfect life to fall in love with the one God has given you. 🤍

🔥 CAN YOU TOUCH SOMETHING… WITHOUT IT TOUCHING YOU?

We talk a lot about body counts… but not enough about what our bodies, hearts, and minds may carry after intimacy.

Today’s Lighthouse Devotion went deeper than sex. We talked about attachment, access, boundaries, emotional residue, discernment, and what it means when Scripture says your body is a temple. 🕊️

Some connections end physically… but keep living in your thoughts, your triggers, your expectations, and even how you love the next person.

So the real question isn’t only “Who did you sleep with?”

It’s… “What did that connection leave with you?” 👀

📖 1 Corinthians 6:16–20

Take the quiz 👉🏽 How many did you get right? 1, 2, or all 3?

Sunday was a reminder that every woman has a story. 💎 ✨

I had the opportunity to sit on a panel amongst other amazing Mom Bosses & Girl Bosses for an event centered around women who continue to push forward no matter what life puts in front of them.

And honestly, one of my favorite parts was simply listening.

Listening to each woman’s journey. Hearing where she started, what she’s overcome, what she’s building, and where she’s headed. Our stories may all look different, but so many of us are working toward the same goal to grow, evolve, become better women, and continue becoming the best versions of ourselves.

But growth isn’t only about us.

It’s also about being able to share our stories so another woman can look at us and say, “If she kept going, I can too.”

That’s what being a Mom Boss means to me. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You just have to keep showing up, keep doing the work, keep believing in what God placed inside of you, and keep pushing forward.

Grateful for the room.
Grateful for the women.
Grateful for every story shared.
And grateful that my story is still being written. 🌱✨

Women who push forward, create the way forward. @yougogirl.inc thank you for having us! 🩷

Hunnie… that STRONGHOLD has had you long enough. 🔓

A stronghold will have you running on a hamster wheel… busy, exhausted, but going nowhere.

That old relationship. The business you won’t start. The project you can’t finish. The health goals you keep restarting. The procrastination, brain fog, and lack of follow-through.

God told you to release some things… but how can you pick up NEW blessings when your hands are still full of OLD junk?

You don’t need another motivational video. You need clarity, accountability, and a plan.

It’s time to break the stronghold and MOVE. 🕊️

During the summer of 2026, I was working at FSLA at Duckrey Elementary School. A couple of days, the music enrichment teacher was on vacation and plus we were short staff, I decided to invite some Black Authors who are local and wrote books.

Three authors came in Tani Chambers, Bianca Blanco-Renwick and Calina Haughton and read their books and did activities with the kids.

I’m deeply honored to bring Heart Hero Day to Dr. Tanner G. Duckrey School.

I usually teach Blessings & Breakups: The Breaking in adult workshops, but while revisiting the book, I realized something powerful: many of the lessons adults are trying to learn now should have been taught to us as children.

How do you protect your heart without becoming hard?
How do you understand big emotions without letting them control you?
What are boundaries, and how do you use your voice when something does not feel safe or right?
How do you continue to shine your light, even after disappointment?

These are not just adult lessons. They are life lessons.

Today,I will share an age-appropriate excerpt from my book and guide rising first- through third-grade students through fun activities centered on self-love, healthy boundaries, emotional control, confidence, and wise choices.

When children learn early that their feelings matter, their voice has value, and their heart deserves protection, we give them tools they can carry for the rest of their lives.

I’m looking forward to pouring into these future Heart Heroes today!! #Stay tuned. 💜
