The adults came to battle.

Breaking, Hip Hop & Funk Styles and everything in between.

Some rounds were technical, some were raw, some just had the whole crowd reacting.
That’s what made this year so good. Everyone brought something different to the floor.

Big thank you to @vimto_cyprus , our Name Sponsor, and to everyone who supported, worked, judged, played music, hosted, danced and showed up for BTM 2026.

8th edition done. We had a blast.

Thank you to everyone who made it possible 💜

8 years. 8 editions. Top 8. 🤯✨

⬇️ what i mean by 888 look👀

Sometimes you look back and realize how crazy the journey really is…

The very first edition of Break the Maze, 8 years ago, I came to Cyprus with my little son who was hustling 1 years old that time . I barely knew anyone — just Dj Kev , one bboy and had only exchanged a few words with the organiser. 😂 I came to dance, entered the battle, but unfortunately didn’t qualify.

I still remember thinking: “I’m going to dance here again one day… and I’m going to make it.” 🥹

📍Fast forward 8 years later… I was invited back to Cyprus for the 8th edition of Break the Maze — and this time I made TOP 8. 🥹🔥

Like… 8 years ago → now coming back to the 8th edition → made it to TOP 8.
Tell me that’s not a sign. 🤭🤣✨”888”

And what makes it even more special is that the first edition was also the first time I danced again after giving birth.

Break the Maze, thank you for having me back and for creating such a beautiful atmosphere. The vibes were honestly amazing. The DJ @amazemeone you was killing it ,and I loved that it wasn’t only breaking, but also funk, hip-hop and so much good music. Bringed me back some good memories with the songs 🔥It really felt like a place to be in Cyprus. 🇨🇾🔥

Big thank you to the organisers @geminilockiano & @emsisotipist for taking such good care of me, and not only me, but also some of the Bgirls who came along with me to experience the Break the Maze flavour. That kind of hospitality doesn’t go unnoticed. 🙏🏽❤️
Big shout out to the Judges @bgirl_alessandrina @bboycaspa @

And thanks for the great vibes to the MC ‘s @sir_swifty & MC Stelz
I also met some old friend from Romania🇷🇴 @paulgheorgheofficial really was good to see you and your student @shindy.troublecrew was nice to finaly meet you girl 🫶🏻

And the FOOD?! 😭🔥 Absolutely delicious — @ketobakery.cy @tacobellcyprus @pizzahutcyprus @vimto_cyprus

Thank you, Break the Maze, for the memories, the people, the music and the love.

See you again… . SEE YOU NEXT YEAR 💪🏻🔥🎯
