Let’s romanticize this time of the year. The only things you have to worry about are forgetting your sunscreen or watching time pass by too quickly while getting lost in dreamy conversations with your loved ones by the seaside.

I’ve been a daydreamer for as long as I can remember. That’s why the first days of summer mean so much to me: the crystal-clear water, the sun warming my skin, the scent of the salty air…

This is the dream itself.

For once, I don’t need to worry about losing touch with reality. I can simply exist inside the dream.

And there are some songs that, the moment I press play, pull me right into that summer state of mind. This is one of them.
