GUMSKAB (RIP) × HEAVY RIFFAGE FIEND FOREVER

There would be no page without these guys. They supported me and my vision from the very beginning. Especially when during the times when I lost all confidence and wanted to quit.
Gumskab may be over but they've split off into some amazing new bands. Go support @satiateonline, @stab.207, @mortar_207, @peacebreakerhc, @halfstepmaine, @apollyonme and @jeez.html_.
But be sure to journey back to their past bands @gumskab666 and @secretwork666 too. And support @svu_207 and hire @ian.ray13 for photography.

Gumskab's final show was the definition of bitter. These guys helped rebuild the Maine hardcore scene and continue to make it thrive. Now members can be seen in bands like @stab.207, @mortar_207, @peacebreakerhc, @halfstepmaine, @satiateonline, and @jeez.html_. Some also run a DIY record label and book shows through @svu_207. Members were also in the band @secretwork666 with photographer @ian.ray13, who put out two amazing EPs. Gumskab may no longer be a band but it's members remain the heart of Maine hardcore!

Without the Skab family, there would be no HeavyRiffageFiend. Their support and encouragement early on inspired me to keep doing what I do.

GUMSKAB (2023-2025), Vol. 1

A compilation of footage from 23 sets I personally witnessed (I went to 25).

These guys were seriously something special with a truly original sound which is rare in hardcore nowadays. @gumskab666 always but on an amazing set, no matter where they were or who was there. They also helped lead the new wave of Maine hardcore scene, along side @secretwork666, @mankala.music, @infernaldiatribe, and many more. And they're just some of the nicest and most genuine individuals you'll ever meet. Pay your respects and listen to Gumskab's entire discography right now!

Go support members current projects @svu_207, @halfstepmaine, @stab.207, @apollyonme, and @mortar_207!

One Final "Say Cheese" Mic Grab

Without Gumskab, there would be no Heavy Riffage Fiend. These guys were one of the first bands to embrace both the page and me as a friend. Countless amazing shows and an awesome weekend tour. So many special memories.
And a special shoutout to @nik.coggins for pushing me to grab the mic and do this part every show I was at.
