“Follow your heart” might sound like some tired, cliché advice. But those words have come to life for me again through this experience. Follow your heart when the life you’re living doesn’t fit. Follow your heart when you have the opportunity to do something that feels scary but exciting. Follow your heart when you find people that help you become more of yourself and love the world more deeply. Turns out, that little stirring inside you is wise. I recommend listening to it when you can. Thank you to my friends at @uosojc and all the dear people in my life who have loved me and cheered for me on this wild, winding path. I’m forever changed, and grateful beyond words. 🫶🏼🦆

Today we went to the beautiful Tuscan town of Siena. And, more importantly, we got to spend some time with my aunt and uncle, who are wrapping up 3 weeks in Tuscany! ATL + HOU = my ❤️💚🤍

2019: the year hope breathed once again in my life. It certainly wasn’t perfect. But wow, was it redemptive and full of beauty.
