Nav was unable to walk for 5 years and had spent £20,000 in treatment.

In 1 day she stood up
Within a month she was training unaided.

This wasn’t just exercise - it’s much more

Music to make her feel safe and empowered (particularly @sidhu_moosewala

Visual focus to anchor her brain.

Breathwork to regulate her nervous system.

Proprioception drills to reconnect the signal between brain and body.

Give the brain the right inputs.

It finds safety and remembers what it knows how to do.

1. I sought external help
Two coaches in two years
To help me manage pain and rebuild my strength and conditioning
Even coaches need coaches

2. I managed stress differently
If I couldn’t control it I allowed it to pass
If it didn’t serve me I had no interest in it
Nothing is worth losing your health

3. I invested in sleep above everything else
This took time to get right
But hormonal reset
Neurological reset
This is where the real recovery happened
Not in the gym

4. I stopped ego lifting
I focused on skill and movement quality instead
And before I knew it
The strength came back on its own

For those of you that know me
Whether it was in the gym or in sport
Being athletic, strong, and fast was always the standard
I had a setback
Now I’m walking into a midlife prime 👀

If you want to do the same
Drop me a DM 💪

Grateful to be in a place and space
To receive information and learn

Couldn’t do this for two years
No “rehab”
No gym
No stretching

Just me
A laptop
Three exercises
1 - Tib raises
2 - Single leg slouch
3 - lying down Y raises

All done whilst studying

Two weeks later
Job done

Struggling with movement ?
Think brain first

DM me if you want to know how

Client inspired.

Today’s lifestyle of the human, from our breathing patterns , stress management, positional awareness and training skill/history all play a part in our quality of life in and out gym

So, heres a few nuggets I collected over the years put together in the name of managing back pain & deadlifting.

For the whole tutorial comment “training” and I’ll ping it over :)

Stop relying on your feelings, mate.
Because that’s what motivation is. It’s a dopamine spike. That’s why you’re inconsistent.
You’re always in your feelings.
There on Monday, gone by Wednesday.

The real reason you struggle to build consistency isn’t discipline.
It’s that you’re relying on something temporary.
And if your consistency is temporary, the progress you make, the gains you make, the highs you feel, the life you live is going to stay inconsistent and temporary too.

If you want to overcome this, drop me a DM, or comment HABIT, and I’ll share the brain targeting systems and processes that are working for so many of my clients right now.

Online coach by day. Public speaker by night.
Student of physical and brain health.(basically a personal trainer still studying)

Parting with knowledge is one thing.

Getting a room full of people to actually absorb it that’s an art.

It’s not about what you know.

It’s about getting what you know understood.

Reading the room. Adjusting your tone. Choosing your words.

Because when it lands right people leave different to how they walked in.

Going into my fifteenth year of coaching.

One hell of a ride.

And I really feel like I’m just getting warmed up.

This one for the scrollers, procrastinators and people who aren’t“morning people”

Time to flip the script

Win the morning kids.
Something my dad used to say
He’d come back from a night out 🍺😂

And still wake me up to train
At the time I didn’t get it
Now I do, Infact it’s served me my whole life

Your brain is at its easiest to influence first thing

Decision making is sharpest

Habit formation is most receptive

Before life gets busy

Before you start negotiating with yourself

Win the morning

It’s not just a saying

There’s a whole system behind it

And that system is what I build with every single client 💪

Fell over, which we all do

Got back up, which sometimes many don’t

Shared it publicly, which most NEVER do

Learned about the impact it had on my mind and my life.
Then connected it all to the brain through neuroscience which is what I really learned about.

Conceptualised it into a digestible workshop also publicly

Pushed my friend to level up, improve the world, and share his knowledge.

Broke bread with everyone who attended.
Had some chicken and rice. 🍗

And now we’re planning a magnified version of the workshop over a weekend in Spain with a small group of people - doing some real cool shit, levelling up in every way.
Limited numbers.

If you want to level up your mind and body drop me a DM.

We’re only going one way. 👊

Mind & Muscle Think Sharp. Train Hard.
