It’s been nearly 4 months since I wore my handmade wedding dress down the aisle, and exactly 1 year since we got engaged!! 💍

In hindsight, it’s crazy that we got married so quickly after getting engaged 😅

If you’ve ever planned a wedding, you know what I mean lol

It’s so sweet to reflect back on this day 🥹

Monaco will forever be a special place for us, especially as long time F1 fans 🤭 (shout out to all the F1 girlies!! 🏎️)

“As The Sun Shines Through” v9 FA @gurzi
Super fun one probably morpho but great movement and beautiful location. Was able to send in 2 goes, fun warm day in my favorite spot with nobody around. This is realistically more like v7 and can’t be any harder then 8th dimension, but I haven’t been outside in a month and only have been projecting things out of my reach.

WHY DO WE CLIMB? ft. Flow staff 🫶🏽

For the movement. For the places it takes us. For the people we share it with. 🫂

We’re addicted to the process of our projs. The ones that don’t come easy. The ones we fall on. The ones we dream about.

Those moments challenge us.
Scare us even.
Yet, keep us coming back for more.

We hope you feel that too.

We’re bringing that same energy together on April 9 for the Mellow Film Tour!!

📍“Testpiece Sesh” - Flowstone Climbing 3-5:30pm
📍Fox Event Center - Doors Open 5:45pm

Tickets in our bio. Let’s get sweaty hands together y’all!

Bailed the last move on this forever ago and never went back. Only took three tries today but the top is still sketchy. Didn’t realize there was so many people watching until I watched it back so thank you for the support#bouldering #climbing #fitness #soill #takehold

Always a trip coming back to this gym, and pretty wild to be back in a setting capacity after all this time. This gym gave me so much psych and a platform to push myself early in my climbing journey. It feels incredibly fulfilling to be able to provide that now for others. To me, it’s everything 🌊🌊🌊 hope y’all enjoy the movement 🙏
