Tonight I said yes to something on my bucket list… and it was pure magic.

Dancing on the beach at sunset, headphones on, waves touching our feet, surrounded by people who love music, movement, and connection.

It wasn’t just about learning choreography… it was about being present, feeling free, and reconnecting with myself.

Tonight, I danced.
Tonight, I smiled.
Tonight, I felt like me.

Still becoming… one yes at a time.

✨ SAVE THE DATE! ✨

We are excited to announce the LA DanceFit Annual Dance Teams Performance Showcase on Sunday, November 8, 2026! 🎉

Over the coming months, our Dance Teams will embark on an incredible journey of learning, growth, teamwork, and transformation. Students from all backgrounds and experience levels will train alongside their favorite instructors, develop new skills, build lasting friendships, and experience the thrill of performing on stage.

Dance Teams are about so much more than learning a routine. They are an opportunity to challenge yourself, step outside your comfort zone, connect with an amazing community, and accomplish something you never thought possible.

Whether you’re joining your first team or returning for another season, this experience has a way of bringing out the very best in each and every student.

💃 Interested in performing with us?
Dance Teams begin September 12, and early bird registration opens up soon!

➡️ Get on the list! Link in bio.

Mark your calendars, invite your friends and family, and get ready for an unforgettable season filled with energy, passion, connection, and incredible performances.

Some dances build confidence.
Some bring laughter.
And some bring me back to my soul.
Every class gives me something different, and I’m grateful for every bit of it.

Still becoming. ❤️
