November gave me great properties….and even better bloopers (if only my phone had enough storage to keep them all) 🤣🤦‍♀️🏡.
From tripping over my own words, to issues with the equipment, consider this your monthly reminder that real estate is not as glamorous as instagram makes it look 🤪.
But hey- if I can laugh my way through home tours, I can definitely help YOU laugh your way through buying or selling, too. 👉Thinking about making a move? DM me and lets mate your serious real estate goals happen (minus the bloopers…hopefully).

☀️ Summer may be winding down, but the fun with our Littleton Walkers is just getting started! We’ve got some amazing events coming up that we can’t wait to share with you:

🐾 September 21 | 11 AM – 1 PM
Join us at Chatfield Dog Park for an end-of-summer splash paw-ty! Let’s soak up the last of the sunshine together (yes, we’re sad summer is ending… but hello, cozy fall vibes! 🍂).

🎃 October 31 | 5 PM
Get ready for our very first HOWLoween Walk 👻 in partnership with @afriendofjack! We’ll be celebrating adoptable foster pups, raising awareness for rescue, and of course… rocking our spookiest (or cutest!) costumes. Meet us behind Breckenridge Brewery for a hauntingly fun evening!

✨ Mark your calendars, bring your pups, and let’s keep building this amazing community together.

Feeling so grateful for this amazing group of people who continue to show up and walk with us each month. 🌿👟 Our mission from the start was simple: build community and encourage others to get outside — and we’ve done just that! 💛

A huge thank you to everyone who makes this so special, and a special shoutout to the Mayor (of pawlitics) for joining us on this walk! 🏞️✨
