I came to the University of Missouri not fully knowing exactly where this next chapter would take me. Moving to new state, creating new opportunities, new everything. But I knew I wanted to make the most of every opportunity that came my way.

Today, I’m incredibly grateful to announce that I’m officially joining Mizzou Athletics as a photography intern.

Being given the opportunity to be part of Mizzou Athletics is something I don’t take for granted. I’m incredibly excited to learn from those around me, continue growing as a photographer, and experience everything this next chapter has to offer.

A huge thank you to Will and Violet, Director and Assistant Director of Photography for Mizzou Athletics, for giving me this opportunity and welcoming me to the team. I’m incredibly grateful for the chance to learn from y’all and work alongside y’all.

I also want to thank all of my mentors, coaches, teachers, friends, family, and everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. Every piece of advice, every opportunity, every word of encouragement, and every person who believed in me has helped get me to this moment.

I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to call Mizzou home and even more excited for what’s ahead.

Here’s to the next chapter.

This team was special.

School records were broken, we went to the state final four for the first time in nearly 30 years, won a district for the first time in nearly 20 years, and so much things to be proud about.

Not only was the play on the field special, but the brotherhood developed throughout the season was too. There hasn’t been another group of guys that I have enjoyed more than this team. Practice everyday was fun, games were even more fun, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of our families and the great Red Army.

While we wanted more, making it to the final four alone was an amazing accomplishment for the program.

The memories made this year will never be forgotten. It was an amazing ride.
