ITS OUR BIRTHDAY 🎉 We can’t believe it’s already been a full year since we first opened the doors to you all in 2021. It has been an incredible journey getting the restaurant up and running and it has been an absolute joy to serve you all. We wouldn’t have been here to begin with, or still be here now, without the help of our families and friends, the team here at Heron or our wonderful guests. We’re doing a special 12 course tasting menu tonight to celebrate and show how far we have come in our first year. Looking forward to many more. Heron x

A year ago today @sam.yorke and I sat down to start planning a delivered fine dining pop up called @badseedsedin to keep ourselves busy during lockdown. Its hard to put into words how mad it is that we now have our own restaurant and that it's doing really well. It wasn't easy whittling it down to ten, but these photos pretty much sum up my 2021.
