In two weeks, I’ll sit down for the final interview for my documentary!

By then, I think all eight of my bodybuilding competitions will be mentioned. I competed on the bodybuilding stage in 2022, 2024 and 2025 — although in the film, the Swedish Championships in 2024 are presented as my first competition. That’s television for you! 😄

In the final interview, I’ll be able to say that it ended up being two competitions and five guest posing appearances, and that I finished my bodybuilding career at Amateur Olympia.

But this final interview is very special to me.

I want to talk about retiring from bodybuilding, about what this sport has meant to me, and about something much deeper — that I dared to feel a kind of love that I had never, ever dared to feel in my life before.

It has been an incredibly emotional three-year journey of filming. There have been funny moments, serious moments, difficult moments, and times when I’ve had to dig deep into my past.

Three years ago, I wished for certain things.

Today, I don’t wish for those things anymore.

Instead, I received something even more beautiful. And I think that will come through in the final interview.

Just this August, I was asked if I had started thinking about when the documentary will be released.

Honestly, no.

I haven’t thought about it. I’ve just kept filming.

But now… I’m starting to feel it.

This is my true story. Thirty years of my life.

I think I’ll probably say very little when the documentary is released. I’d rather let the documentary speak for itself.

Life on this earth became something truly beautiful. 🫶

The documentary is expected to air on SVT in Sweden in 2027 — and hopefully it will also reach audiences outside Sweden.
