💙 SOMATIC CORE RESTORATION 💙

Melanie Trusty Guts joins us every Wednesday at 11 for her incredible core restoration class.
Wondering what this class is about?…then keeping reading to find out all about it! 😍

⬇️⬇️⬇️

Somatic Core Restoration is a movement session combining somatic practice, Pilates and ancient calisthenic forms to support strength, posture, toning, circulation, and overall wellbeing. The sessions are designed to help women pause, move, release tension, and return to the day feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded.

The approach is gentle, inclusive and accessible, making it suitable for a broad range of women, including those who may not usually attend traditional fitness classes.

As well as supporting physical strength and mobility, the sessions are intended to promote calm and mental clarity, offering a restorative reset on a normal work-day.

The Trusty Guts approach is rooted in helping people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels supported, sustainable and realistic.

Visit trustyguts.com for more and to book onto a public class.

💙 RESTORE THAT CORE 💙

Not only does Mel run the Mums core circuits class but she has her Somatic core restoration class on the timetable too - and what an incredible class it is!

You can find the class on a Wednesday at 11am! here's some more information about it from Mel herself ⬇

Somatic Core Restoration is for all women, whether pre, peri or post menopausal and focuses on building core strength in order to tighten, tone and increase general mobility whilst decreasing aches and pains. The core is the root of us, and so strengthening our mid-sections can often have a big impact on our sense of self. Visit my website trustyguts.com for more info and if you have any questions then please do get in touch!
