Comp bench
1x1x259 @ 9.5 (+4lbs PR)
1x1x242 @ 7
1x3x232 @ 8 slightly undershot
3x5x220 @ 9-10

Comp squat
1x2x496 @ 9 (+11lbs double PR)
1x1x463 @ 7
1x5x429 @ 9
2x5x375 @ 6-7

Paused deadlift
1x1x591 @ 10 grip slip and slightly soft lockout
1x1x551 @ 7
1x1x485 warmup
2x6x463 @ 8-9

Finally bench PR, only 2x week bench seems to work. BW creepin up a bit around 218lbs, so once again 1lb BW per 1lb of bench press gain. Squat was decent and deadlift wasn’t bad but started slipping at the top

Today we picked weights right below milestone markers, bench right below 2 reds, squat right below 500, deadlift right below 5 reds, and if I went any heavier I prob wouldn’t failed

I set goals for this competition and I was able to achieve most of them. To everyone who’s supported me day in and day out thank you. To those who may not think I’m capable, thank you, I strive to prove I belong here. Proud to rep @adelantebarbellclub and get to perform with the people I can call family 🤞🏽 See y’all in October for Regionals ✌🏽
Humbly,

Last heavy day before Master Nats. An ounce more it was a no lift lol. What a grind. Just happy I can still squat heavy without too much knee pain. Last June I thought it was all over @soyaphysicaltherapy
Some deload and openers left.

Week 3 SBD
First day in the gym this week. 95°+ the last few days was a killer at work. Still cramped up on the last bench. I didn't think I was going to lock that out.
Glad that's over. 3 weeks out.
