Every weekday, our Day Center and kitchen comes to life with compassion and care. Our dedicated staff and volunteers prepare and serve over 150 hot meals daily to individuals experiencing homelessness—because everyone deserves a nourishing meal and a warm welcome.

From fresh greens to hearty plates, every dish is made with love. Thank you to the incredible team who shows up with heart, service, and purpose.

**Huge thanks to the amazing Medical Students from the University of Illinois College of Medicine! 🎉** This past week, they joined our Street Outreach Team, providing crucial wound care to our unhoused neighbors. They also rolled up their sleeves in our kitchen, preparing and serving hot meals with love to our guests. 🍲

Beyond the medical and physical care, they took time to shadow our case managers, gaining firsthand insight into the systemic barriers and challenges our clients face daily. Their compassion, dedication, and willingness to serve embody the spirit of community and empathy that drives our mission at Corazon.

We are deeply grateful for their partnership and for making a tangible difference in the lives of our most vulnerable. Together, we continue to support and uplift those in need, showing that every small action leads to big changes. ❤️🙏

The best of my old Corazon peeps. Mike and Robbie and Carol were there when we hit rock bottom and needed to rebuild. These are real keepers.

Calling Doctor Robbie! This looks amazing. Dr. Pepper braised carnitas, baked kraut, Oma’s recipe for potato salad, peach and Dr. Pepper pork-jus sauce. Chef Robbie is our Doctor of homemade cooking at Corazon. ❤️👩‍🍳❤️ #corazon #kitchen #homecooking

Chef Robbie caught going above the call of the kitchen and helping a beautiful client get to the right and safe place in downtown. The heart of Corazon is to show unconditional love and justice in action! ❤️ #corazon #downtown #satx
