My first ADE has come to an end. It was a truly special few days. I met many wonderful people here who were incredibly kind to me. There were no barriers or boundaries between anyone, because everyone here speaks the same language—the language of music and a passion for it. Thank you to everyone I had the chance to connect with, you made these days so much brighter for me and showed me that I’m on the right path. I hope to see you all again soon, friends 🫶🏻🇳🇱

Great sets, great people, great atmosphere 😍 So grateful that I was finally able to catch a set by my fav producer @petekofficial again - his music moves me like nobody else's 😭 Huge thanks to Pete and Luca @iam_lgu for your outstanding B2B set - I enjoyed it so much! Loved your partner look and you truly played like a duo and were a perfect B2B fit together 😍🔥 Hope to see you both very soon 🙏

The countdown to part 2 of our 15 year celebration begins! ⏰ This Saturday we get ready for another Colorize showcase with a takeover of @toekomstmuziek.venue for ADE with a mind-blowing line up of talent from the world of deep, melodic & progressive house. The music kicks off from 8 so make sure you’re there early so you don’t miss anyone!💃

Turning 32 today 🥳 Here’s some highlights of the past 12 months, and a wall of text on what’s been on my mind:

As I’m going through pictures and videos I feel a little bittersweet, like time has flown by way too fast and I didn’t get to do enough. Part of that is seeing peers do and achieve the coolest things on a daily basis and it’s both motivating and demotivating at the same time—sometimes you somehow equate what you have done to the collective success of dozens of people, which is ridiculously unfair to yourself. And I’m trying to be better about that!

It’s also just been an incredibly tumultuous year, in so many regards. So I’d like to use this as a moment to slow down a bit, take a step back and focus on some of the things I’ve been the most grateful for this year.

I got to experience one of the most beautiful places on earth when I travelled to Iceland for the first time with my girlfriend 🫶 (will never forget seeing the northern lights dance in the sky so clearly). I was lucky enough to see Weval, G Jones & Eprom, TEED, Space Laces and Eptic perform, all some of my favorite artists. I spent the Day of Light in London with some of my best friends, being reminded what this whole music thing is about and how it brings people together. I spent another amazing week in Chicago, and got to see some cool Pokémon fossils. I’ve been able to work on a bunch of really fun sound design projects for Basic Wavez which I’ve always wanted to do. And despite being incredibly quiet overall, I’ve been working on a bunch of new music too!

I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being so supportive of what I do. It’s baffling to see so many of you still actively listening to my music when it’s been a year since my last EP came out, and watching some songs hit crazy milestone streaming numbers... it doesn’t feel deserved, but I’m infinitely grateful to each and everyone of you ❤️

𝘌𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴 is hearing a project months later and knowing exactly how to finish it.

𝘌𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴 is email chains.

𝘌𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴 is letting the best idea win.

𝘌𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴 is getting chills from a vocal before anyone else has heard it.

𝘌𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴 is questioning what you’re doing.

𝘌𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴 is remembering why you love music in the first place.

𝘌𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴 is accepting that it’s finished.

𝘌𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴 is out today!

Couldn’t have done this without my amazing collaborators, team, family, friends, and listeners. Feeling grateful today. ❤️

I couldn’t have dreamed of a better way to make my debut at @piknicmtl last Sunday. 🤩

I’ve been going to Piknic ever since I moved to Montréal six years ago, so standing behind the decks this time felt completely surreal.
