This means a lot a lot. If you know me, you’ll know I recently took a year off running due to some gnarly nerve damage. Something which has always been such a huge part of my life, my mental and physical health, my community and identity.
It lights me UP to say that I am slowly building back the kms after seeing countless specialists, trips up the coast for physios, MRI’s, and cortisone shots (not for the faint hearted) ☠️
I just want to say a huge thank you really to everyone at @byronrunclub you lot are my greatest source of inspiration and even though I couldn’t run with you, being with you every Sunday has kept my spirit going!! I cannot wait to start running with you all again, the privilege is all mine.
Huge shout out to @forrunners.app @alicebaquie the absolute best in their game!! A weapon herself and my hero!
Big love to @hottter.pilates for creating an incredible space where so many of our local community go to move our bodies and clear our minds.
And to all my friends, you know who you are, I couldn’t have done any of this without you lot.

This got soppy, okay love you, bye xox

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the community who keeps the world turning. I’ve always said that the people come first and the running comes second, and my god do these people deserve to be celebrated!! Watching you all show up week after week, build connections, friendships, set goals, and push each other to achieve them, is PRICELESS! None of this would be possible without you lot!

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to any of the birthday events over the past week!! And a huge thank you to the local brands involved @topshopbyronbayofficial @naviabathhouse @bft_byronbay @paceathletic @nikerunning

Big love,
Soph and Ash ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
