Last Saturday, GVL Fit Fest brought a full day of workouts, live DJs, and local wellness vendors to Fluor Field. The program included yoga, HIIT, running and biking, pickleball, and recovery zones, all designed to make fitness inclusive and approachable for every level. The AVL Solutions team provided the stage and audio system, ensuring instructors and live performances could be heard clearly across the field. Thank you to DJ Zarr and Maddi Reese for their performances, and to the GVL Fit Fest organizers for the opportunity to support a local event focused on health, wellness, and community.

Our first stop of three events that Saturday was @gvlfitfest at Fluor Field in Greenville, South Carolina, and it was such a fun way to start the day with Madisyn. This was a little outside my comfort zone because Ashley was not with me for this one. I brought Madisyn, introduced myself to new people, talked with local business owners, and made new Upstate South Carolina connections. I am working on getting out more, supporting local, and not waiting around for opportunities to come to me. The energy was unreal for 7 AM. Music pumping, people in their workout zone, pickleball, chiropractic and wellness services, recovery experiences, permanent jewelry, handmade goods, food, drinks, and so many Greenville businesses to explore. We made Madisyn’s custom hat with @hekhatco , met the team at @_quest_chiropractic_gvl and @carolinaspineandhealth, checked out @baselinegvl , stopped by @hellosugar.salon, got juice from Vibes With Val Press, and loved seeing the unique Pickens Cycles bike display. We also brought home the sweetest handmade ghost tea light from Friends of the Little White House and their Pottery Project, plus cookies from another wonderful local vendor. If you are local, give these businesses a follow and support them when you can. Greenville has so much to offer when you step out and explore it.
