Save this kneeling to standing sequence for your next Pilates sculpt class or solo workout🤪🖤 I used the 3lb @bala bars. I love sequences that build, and this one has lots of fun layers to play with!!!!

🦷 Pediatric dental resident by day 🦷✨ but also your favorite [solidcore] coach, and a Pilates-loving fit girlie after hours🤎💪🏽

Between fixing little smiles, coaching, lifting heavy, and getting my Pilates fix, life stays busy!

But no matter how full my schedule gets, prioritizing my health and wellness will always be non-negotiable. Because becoming the best version of me starts with taking care of me. Mind, body, and spirit. 🤍✨

Thought I’d switch it up on here and take you guys with me to a corporate WORK DAY of mine in NYC!! Not every day is this busy but I do feel like I am always on a plane/doing my corporate job/or teaching Pilates so it’s somewhat representative🤪

Don’t let the pretty movement fool you — this one is brutal. 🔥

Inverted plank + ball roll-ins challenge your core strength, shoulder stability, hamstrings, glutes, and total-body control all at once.

The goal isn’t to move fast.
The goal is to stay lifted, controlled, and connected through every inch of the movement.

That’s Pilates strength.

A miracle that my body could do some of this spontaneously today without stretching and post 5 years of retirement 🩰😂. May regret it tomorrow but so fun to just DO A LEAP
