The third stop on the Contact express is unashamedly for the dykes and the dolls - @milkpaste has a record collection that could make you weep, collected over nearly 15 years in the game. And she spins them for all the dancefloors you wish you were on - from the heavy hitters like Night Mass, to intimate afterparties at Fanatico Records. Her sets balance sophistication and sass, spanning soul, 90's house, minimual, techno and electro. @annabel.le.gaspar is an icon to generations of dancefloors. As a founder and resident of Bad Dog, she has been curating arguably this city's most liberated, connected and enduring queer parties since the year 2000. We couldn't be more excited to welcome her dynamic, instinctive and deeply feeling-oriented approach to music to Contact Bringing us home is Contact resident @niki.audio.visuals - moving from her usual spot at the ops desk to showcase the fruits of her time spent digging deep for rare and eclectic gems. Expect chunky New York house, stripped-back progressive grooves and dubbed-out psychedelic disco. Remember to tap on, let's make contact at the front of the dancefloor xo

The complete set of recordings from the Insider Stage at Outsider 2026 is now available for playback via our soundcloud. Link in bio. Championing a slower, more immersive listening experience, the Insider Stage offers a place of comfort and replenishment for Outsider guests. Extended sets with room for artists to breathe and explore their sound added a new, now cherished dimension to the festival in 2026. To assist with programming, we invited our resident caterers @eatz_kitchen to curate some of their favourite artists on the stage [Eatz Radio]. Passionate hospitality and music heads, the team also responsible for @cocoricoraves, paired quality music with their incredible meals over the course of the weekend. Undergoing a complete redesign and build from @spatial.matter, the stage included a custom made, seated DJ booth, an integrated 4 point sound rigging system and a considered selection of fixings. The design was gracefully accompanied by a @catrioohnahh fabric installation. Stage build: @macarino3 & @tom.larkings 📸 @shotbysprague

@nikidoes_stuff will be kicking us off tonight from 10! Niki (she/her) is notorious for her “fun first” groovy and rare selections. When she is not at a warehouse party spotting the hottest and freshest ID’s, or a bush doof causing lighting mayhem… Niki spends hours combing the depths of discogs, youtube, and soulseek looking for the hottest edits, fresh indie groovers, rare vinyl cuts, and music that will make you shake your ass. With sets spanning house, tech, electro, prog, trance, and even just some weird ass gay shit, Niki is not one to miss Tickets are $15, or $20 on the door. Free tix for mob and trans women.

There’s only two sleeps until we close out Season 3 🌞 Swipe right for some important info and set times! We would like to acknowledge that this event takes place on stolen land belonging to the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation. We recognise the true custodians of this land, and pay respect to their Elders past and present. IMPORTANT INFO FOR THE DAY: • A small number of final release tickets remain, so secure yours now if you’re planning to join us. • Dayshift is a safe space for all people, and has a strict “no dickheads” policy. If at any point you experience or witness any anti-social behaviour, please talk to a crew member wearing a red “Crew” Dayshift t-shirt. • We are located at the Sydney Portugal Community Club at Fraser Park near Sydenham station, not the Portugal Madeira Club. The entrance is under the overpass just off Marrickville Road. Walk through the carpark and you should see/hear some action! The venue’s carpark will be closed to patrons so if driving please plan to park on the street. The SPCC is an accessible venue. • The event is licensed and strictly 18+. Bags and IDs will be checked by security on entry. The event is not BYO. • There will be no pass-outs, so please come with everything you need for the day. There are no ATMs on-site, but all bars accept card. • Please have your tickets ready when arriving at the entrance gate, we will need to scan them before giving you your wristband. • We will once again be doing full video and audio recordings at the Slab and Alley stages. • We will have very limited amounts of Dayshift merch for sale on the day, head to the merch tent to suss out what we’ve got. • DanceWize and St John’s Ambulance medics will be setup on the grass area if you have any issues. • Bring sunscreen and other sun protection, look out for your fellow ravers, and stay hydrated.
