🔥 OCTOBER CHALLENGE STARTS NOW 🔥

New month. New challenge. Same goal: SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF.

For the next 31 days, we’re doing:

🔥 60-SECOND WALL SIT EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
💪 PUSH-UPS THAT BUILD ALL MONTH LONG

Day 1 = 1 push-up
Day 2 = 2 push-ups
Day 3 = 3 push-ups…

All the way to 31 PUSH-UPS on October 31st! 🎃💪

And listen — I don’t care where you have to start.

Can’t hold the wall sit for 60 seconds yet? Start with 15. Rest. Go again.

Can’t do a push-up from your toes? DO THEM FROM YOUR KNEES. Do them against the wall. Modify it however you need to — but don’t count yourself out before you even start.

We aren’t chasing perfection.

We’re building consistency.
We’re getting stronger.
We’re proving to ourselves that we can do hard things.
And we’re doing it ONE DAY AT A TIME.

31 days from now, you’ll be glad you started today.

So… WHO’S COMING WITH ME?! 🙋‍♀️🔥

Comment “I’M IN” below and let’s do this together.
