The universe knew how much I loved a clean, calm, organized house then the universe said…”FOUR BOYS!!!! Let’s give her FOUR BOYS and see what happens…” lol 😳😱😵‍💫🤪

Being chosen to be their Momma is my greatest gift, my greatest accomplishment, my greatest stress, my greatest fear, my greatest joy, my greatest love, my greatest BLESSING. Although I haven’t truly slept in 21 years, being a BOY MOM is better than I could have ever imagined. There’s no plan better than HIS plan. Even if it is beyond our own understanding and even when we want to take the pen, it has already been written. When you run a Frat House every day is #nationalsonsday 🫶🏼

If you think my hands are full you should see my heart. 💙✨💙✨💙✨💙

My heart. My son. @g.woods24 you are literally EVERYTHING under the sun. I could write a book about our journey from Day 1 to this day, your very last first day of school @usnavalacademy The fears, the tears, the disappointments, the triumphs, the challenges, the growth, the laughs, the memories and all the feels in between…worth every mile, every second and every smile. ✨

You are the BEST of EVERYTHING your Dad @heathwoods88 and I could have ever dreamed of and more. I have learned more from you over the last 21 years of your life, and especially over the last 3, than any book I could have ever read. It’s no wonder you have EARNED the RESPECT of every single Midshipman in that @navyfb team room and beyond. I know the best is yet to come, my Big G. Our first pancake has turned out to be the perfect pancake. It has in fact been God’s Plan all along. ~Jeremiah 29:11 🙏🏼

Proud is an understatement. You truly never cease to amaze me. I just love you. XOXO ♥️

Parenting is only hard if you care.

Truly the hardest job I have ever been blessed with. Some days are harder than others. Right now is a particularly hard season for us. I get asked all the time “How do you do it all?”

I actually giggle when they ask because the answer to that question is I DO NOT!! And the beauty is in the power of knowing you can say no and you truly don’t have to. I’m still a colossal work in progress. Honestly, I fail miserably every single day. I am almost always late especially on days I do try to do it all and be it all. An absolutely impossible task. My W6 Frat House is a revolving door of chaos, crumbs and kids. I lose track of time when there are so many moving parts I literally cannot keep up with. Time management is not my strength because I do try my best to fit it all in. I am outnumbered. Migraines get the best of me and so do the negative thoughts in my head. We are all human. I try and fail forward every single day. I’m grateful for God’s AMAZING GRACE and the compassion of others especially my #4woodsboys who get to see all the insanity behind the scenes of this hot mess express in action and love me anyway. #whatmattersmost

Listen party people, nobody is perfect and kindness is free. It literally doesn’t cost you a thing and in fact it may actually save someone’s day. You just never know what others are going through behind the scenes. It’s a crazy time for everyone. If you ever find yourself struggling to do it all and be it all and just trying to hold your head above water while others stand there and watch you, judge you and even mock you, just know you are not alone. #letthem You can sit with me. Message me and I’ll be your judgement free sounding board. Remember you’ve made it through 100% of your worst days and the sky is always blue on the other side of the storm. #AGTG
