@mericamay presented my photos at @studio_9bc and I was scared the whole time but beyond grateful.
Love love love to Merica May Jensen, Studio 9BC and everyone who provided your support, feedback & encouragement. THANK YOU!!! The full show catalogue can be found at the link in bio.

@gwins_ and @marziamem in Rome! George Sanders is a dancer at the @metopera and son of my childhood friend @bhwzins Boleyn Willis, founder of @durhamballettheatre and daughter of papyrologist William Willis, a colleague of Faulkner when he was at Ole Miss.
Marzia is the leading interpreter of @marthagrahamdance and performs with @twylatharp as well. Extraordinary artistic direction last night in a performance @accademia_della_danza.
I met Graham in the circle of Merce Cunningham and performance art in New York. Her stark futurism, laced with warnings of war, is dramatically relevant today. Marzia flies with it.

I turned 30!

I spent 24 hours at home, had three cakes, was surrounded by my amazing family and friends, and received a very romantic surprise from NY. Couldn’t have asked for a better day ❤️.

Thank you, everyone, for the love and birthday wishes from all over!

Here’s to another chapter, many more travels, adventures, dances, stages, experiences, and memories, as this life has already been a crazy ride for the past 29 years!
