Our October meetup reminded us why I started this.

The BTD Collective is a curated community of designers, builders, makers, architects and suppliers who believe the best work happens when the right people connect.

Our next members’ drinks are November 12, bringing our community together again.

We also have our very first BTD Collective workshop happening November 18, open to members and their guests, with a few spots available for those wanting to experience what we’re building.

Interested in being part of it? Comment COLLECTIVE and we’ll be in touch.

After a very long week, this was a much-needed catch-up with Camilla @behindthedesignpod_ and the Collective community. 🤎

Great company, plenty of laughs and honest conversations with some incredibly talented people who understand the highs, challenges and everything in between that comes with running a business.

So nice to switch off for a moment, connect and enjoy each other’s company. 🤎

Connection. Conversation. Community.

Here’s a recap of some of our highlights across the month of August! 🙌

The team smashed @city2surf and raised $7,673 for @schf.kids ❣️

We attended an insightful two days of The Real Estate Blue-print hosted by @joshphegan, learning from the best on what you need to do to become your best ✍️

After 8 years in Property Management & Business Development, @erica_goodallre has stepped into Sales and joined Team @joelhollingsatmcgrath 👏

August was a busy one!

Despite a market that still had its share of uncertainty, we closed out the month with 73% and 91% clearance rates over the final two weeks, well above the NSW averages of 42% and 40%.

But behind every result is a moment like this: happy families ready to start a new and exciting chapter. 🏡❤️

We hosted our first McGrath WNWNDHH Awards Night at Le Montage, bringing our team together to recognise the people, achievements and milestones that made the year one to remember.

22 awards were handed out on the night, celebrating outstanding performances across our network. 🙏

Refurbishments kicked off at our Epping & Hawkesbury offices, and we’re looking forward to having new and improved spaces very soon. 🔨

Our Blacktown office enjoyed a team lunch at @tropicanashishabar.au 🍴

We welcomed @ssokolich__mcgrath to Team Bedford and Melissa to Team Vaughan at one of our Village Meetings! 🤝

Our village meetings are important for bringing our team together to share ideas, talk through what’s happening in the market and make sure we’re all moving in the same direction.

We welcomed @harcourtscooperandco & @martinrcooper to our Parramatta office in a great session hosted by John McGrath. 🙏

We welcomed the newest addition to the McGrath WNWNDHH family. 💕
