So after many struggles with my escaping wheel I checked some of the WWP Crew and found encouraging options in @sigikolbeyoga and in @lesliegreinstein
Turns out Gary’s pose IS difficult 😁 Leslie also said we might be a tad too small to fit the wheel where Gary said….So here you go! Thank you Sigi, Leslie and Gary for the inspiration 🙏☀️👌🧡 Thank you all the Wheel Party Crew for your beautiful inspiring poses 🔥

Wednesday Wheel Party
Gary @gwtrucks is our host this week and brings us this really cool arm balance he named #WheelyAlong4TheRide
Oh, I had so much fun with this one! When I first tried it, I thought there was no way I could do it. I was so scared! It took me some time to figure it out, but once I got it, l couldn’t stop!
I skipped the headstand because of a bit of a headache.
Thanks so much, Gary, for this fun challenge!

⭕️ 𝗪𝗘𝗗𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗘𝗟 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗬 ⭕️

Twinning moves with @gwtrucks for this week’s #WednesdayWheelParty ➡️ #WheelyAlong4TheRide! 🎡🔥

Gary set the bar high with his sequence:
1️⃣ The signature pose
2️⃣ Headstand variation
3️⃣ Crow pose variation on the wheel

It took so many tries (and earned me a few temporary battle bruises!), but pushing past the struggle was totally worth it.

➡️ Swipe through to see the variations! I ended up using my jumbo red wheel on the floor for stability (as it’s too heavy to lift off the floor 😆) and nested my brown regular wheel right under my hips.

Challenge accepted and conquered! 💪✨

Gary @gwtrucks is our host today with this #WheelyAlong4TheRide

This was fun, although it was not that easy to place the wheel correctly. But I loved to play with it and even tried it was my @petes_choice baby wheel. Which was not easier. And my other side didn't really cooperate. 🤷‍♀️
