POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

So grateful to be mentioned in this convo with @gyalsonroad It was such a pleasure to meet and teach Ayesha. Swimming isn’t just for fitness it’s about feeling safe, confident, and free in the water, no matter your background. As they said in the podcast, there’s still stigma around swimming in some communities, but breaking those barriers starts with creating welcoming spaces where everyone feels comfortable to learn and make new friends 🥰 Loved hearing the story about reconnecting with your inner child and how much joy that brought which is exactly why I love teaching and a helping others feel that—it’s such a reminder that swimming isn’t just about learning strokes, it’s about truly enjoying the water. Thank you so much for the mention and come join our lessons!! ❤️🐬❤️🐬 Keep an eye out for new podcasts from @gyalsonroad
