🎃🍬 What a SPOOKTACULAR night! 👻

The Rotary Club of Fayetteville had an amazing time bringing our community together for Trunk or Treat! From creative costumes and decorated trunks to lots of candy and smiling faces, it was a night full of fun and memories! 🧡

A HUGE thank you to the local businesses, sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this event possible! Your generosity and support allow us to create fun experiences for local families while giving back to the community we love. 💙💛

And of course, thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated with us! We can’t wait to do it again next year!

Slight adjustment to what I said: The study showed SIMILAR gains at 2 reps in reserve, not better gains. Here’s my thoughts✅

These are real people who made a decision and showed up✅

Different ages, different starting points, same result… They put in the work and their body, mind, and soul changed⚒️

This is what I do. I build programs, systems, and daily structure around your life and hold you accountable until you get there📈

As a coach, I don’t feel stellar every day.

Wednesday was long and frustrating.

Hitting legs was the last thing I wanted to do.

But John and I made a decision to push ourselves beyond the current mood we were in.

It completely transformed our outlook.

We left encouraged and accomplished.

The power of the mind is unreal!

You’re capable of so much, even of your off days!
