🎉 WELCOME TO THE WINE COUNTRY CROSSFIT FAMILY, STEPHANIE! 💪❤️

Today, we’re incredibly excited to introduce Stephanie Hoehn, one of our newest Wine Country CrossFit Scholarship recipients! 🎓🔥

At Wine Country CrossFit, we believe fitness is about so much more than lifting weights or finishing workouts. It’s about building confidence, discovering what you’re capable of, creating lasting healthy habits, and finding a community that supports you every step of the way.

Our scholarship program was created to give individuals an opportunity to invest in themselves, challenge their limits, and experience firsthand what makes this community so special.

Stephanie, we’re honored to be part of your journey, and we can’t wait to watch you grow stronger, celebrate your victories, and discover just how capable you truly are.

This is more than a scholarship. It’s an opportunity for transformation, connection, and a stronger future.

Help us give Stephanie a HUGE Wine Country CrossFit welcome in the comments! 👇❤️

Welcome to the family, Stephanie! Your journey starts NOW! 💪🔥

You didn’t lose that sale at the close. You lost it in the first 2 minutes.

Here’s how it usually goes. You build rapport, run a great tour, present the offer, handle every objection... and then you hear it:

“This sounds great. I just need to run it by my husband.”

45 minutes gone. And now you’re selling secondhand through someone who can’t say yes.

This pre-call checklist exists so that never happens.

In this role-play, Arsalan opened the consult with control. Before any pitch, he asked:

“Before we get into it, is anyone else part of this decision, or is it all you?”

That one question helps overcome objections before they start. .

So what’s the play?

Install the Pre Sale Checklist at the beginning of every consultation.

✅ Confirm who makes the call
✅ Ask for full transparency
✅ If they’re willing to give you a “YES” or “No” at the end

The best closers don’t win at the end. They set the frame at the start.

Get in the car with us and get to know Christy, how she takes her coffee, thoughts on eating before vs. after a workout, and yes... you’ll want to weigh in on the pineapple vs. toilet paper roll debate 😅

But you’ll also get the real story: Christy’s journey building EmpowerFit, and why more women need support navigating pregnancy → postpartum → perimenopause →menopause.

EmpowerFit isn’t just fitness; it’s integrated health, with a community of pros in pelvic floor, physio, nutrition, and massage. Your one-stop shop for women’s health.

You’ll also get the answer to the #1 question we get: why we don’t post our prices online. Plus some tips if you’re looking to break into the coaching industry.

Full episode is live on YouTube 🎥 link in bio.

Every time somebody’s dishonesty cost Alex Hormozi money, he changed the deal so he no longer needed them to be honest.

His partner emptied the account, so he did the selling himself for a cut. The gym owners went behind his back, so he stopped doing the work and sold them the playbook. Leila ran that company as CEO to $37 million a year with no outside money, and in 2021 they sold two thirds of it for $46.2 million.

Then he stopped selling to anyone. Acquisition.com takes a 20 to 40% stake in businesses that use his methods, 16 so far, doing more than $250 million a year between them. The books are the front door: $100M Offers costs 99 cents on Kindle on purpose, has sold over a million copies, and the latest one set a Guinness record with 2.9 million in a day.

The man who wired $22,000 to a salesman when he had $23,036 now gives away what he knows for 99 cents and owns a piece of what people build with it.

He came in as Fight Ricky. He is now CEO Ricky.

This is why I coach. Not the revenue number, but the transformation in the person running the business.

Injured, mid storm, still talking like an operator. That’s the shift.

Comment CEO if you’re building that version of yourself.

A successful launch starts long before your doors open 👀🚀

The businesses that build momentum early don't wait until opening day to introduce themselves. They become part of the local community, build relationships, create anticipation, and give people a reason to care before the first class ever begins.

Because by the time you open, people shouldn't just know your name, they should already be excited to walk through your doors. 🤝✨

It was never really about the workout…

So what’s it really about?

We get into *all* of it in the @structclub podcast with @thebriannemurphy at @repsandrestore.

The strongest member relationships are built long after the sign-up 👀🤝
Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, create loyalty, and remind people why they chose your business in the first place.

Technology can support the journey, but genuine relationships are what keep members coming back, year after year. 📈
