A happy, healthy, safe Saturday to everyone. 🫶🫶 If the sun is shining, I split my workouts. Part A, indoors, Part B, outdoors. I will not allow a beautiful day to just linger and go to waste. Mama Nature's vaccine. Vitamin D, fresh air. #photosynthesis My finisher, Back day. Three sets x 10, inverted rows, including 10 attempted press ups. Plus, three sets, x 20, knee ups, three sets, inverted tucks, 10 -16 seconds. 😬😬 #bekind because you just don't know. ✌🏻☮️ #outdoorworkout#backworkout#nevertooold#nevergiveup#beingfitat70plus#fitness#fitnessmotivation#movementismedicine#ageisnotanexcuse#seniorfitness#ilovemydaughters#ilovemygrandsons

Yesterday. Never let a beautiful day go to waste ( Mother Nature's vaccine), and don't ever take your mobility, flexibility, and ROM for granted. Due to "maturing," loss of water, loss of collagen, injuries ( knees, neuropathy), these precious, rarely appreciated gifts start taking a leave of absence. Work for it. This is my finisher to an excellent back day. X6. This was my 6th go-around for whatever reason. I am totally exhausted. At the moment, this is the extent of my mobility. It's never a fait accompli in movement, strength, or feeling better about yourself. You work for it. You work harder. More disciplined, more consistent. A very happy Sunday to all of you, and thank you for your continued support and encouragement 😊🫶☮️❤️ The 90-second IG police got me again 😪 #redcross#mobility#movement#flexibility#fitfam#nevergiveup#neverquit#discipline#beingfitat70plus#outdoorexercise#bodyweightexercise#iilovemydaughters#ilovemygrandsons
