I want to share something important with you. ❤️

Growing up, I often struggled to find where I belonged. I didn't have many friends who shared my interests, and for a long time, I felt like I didn't really fit in.

Pokémon and gaming were always a big part of my life, but I never imagined that one day, those same interests would bring so many incredible people into it.

People who were once complete strangers.

Looking back, I wish I could tell my younger self that one day, things would be different. That she'd find people who understood her. People she could laugh with, be herself around, and share the things she loves.

And while I'm incredibly grateful that I eventually found those people, there's something that matters even more to me.

I don't want anyone else to have to feel that loneliness while waiting to find theirs.

Whether you're new to the hobby, attending your first event alone, or just trying to find somewhere you belong, I hope you know there's a place for you here.

You don't have to know everything. You don't have to own the rarest cards. You don't have to prove that you're a "real fan."

You just have to be you.

Because sometimes, the people who end up meaning the most to us start out as perfect strangers. ❤️

And if I can make even one person feel a little less alone, then everything I'm doing here is worth it.

Thank you to every single person who's been part of this journey. You might not realize it, but you've helped heal a little part of the girl I used to be. 🥹❤️

$WOW, MALMÖ GAME WEEK! 🤯❤️ What an absolutely incredible experience! I’ve been to quite a few conventions by now, but this one was something completely different! So incredibly well organized, with SO much to see and do! Where else can you play the classic Swedish board game Cops and Robbers with actual police officers, learn different TCGs, help complete a MASSIVE Pokémon puzzle, build LEGO, sit down for a board game or watch K-pop performances surrounded by amazing cosplayers? And that was just a fraction of everything going on! 🤩 And the PEOPLE! 🥹❤️ I got to hang out with my usual Pokémon family (who I probably see more often than my actual relatives at this point 😂), but I also met so many amazing new people, including people from all over the world! Funny enough, I barely looked at any Pokémon cards this time! With another convention coming up next weekend, I wanted to enjoy everything else this event had to offer. One of my favorite moments was actually something really simple. I met a mother and her son who had arrived an hour before the doors opened and were first in the VIP line. Late that afternoon, I spotted them again, sitting together playing board games, laughing and having the best time. After spending almost the entire day there, they were still enjoying every minute. Seeing that genuinely made me happy. 🥹❤️ And I think that sums up Malmö Game Week perfectly. It’s not just about the games, the cards or the activities. It’s about bringing people together, sharing experiences and creating memories. A HUGE thank you to @malmogameweek and @spelenshus for putting together such an incredible event!
