✨ Ecstatic Dance at the @sanctuarycampfest ✨ Thank you @carolinesavegan and @amberrosemorganfilms for taking the videos of this super special dance session! I've only started to host Ecstatic Dance sessions this summer season and I absolutely LOVE it. There is something so powerful about losing ourselves in the moment — taking off the masks, dropping the expectations and the need to be anything other than who we are. This is what I love about holding space for Ecstatic Dance. 🌿 A space to move, feel, release and simply be. Through movement, I love connecting with the energy of our ancestors and Mother Earth — remembering something ancient within us, while coming together in community in the here and now. No pretending. No judgement. No right or wrong way to move. Just a safe, loving space where we can let go, feel the music move through us, connect with one another and, for a little while, allow ourselves to be completely free. 🌿 Can't wait for the next season, but in the meantime, I'm hoping to host these inside the venues, where we can reconnect no matter the weather 😊 #ecstaticdance #tribe #edmmusic #shamanicdrum #energyhealer
