Today we had 11 compete in the Gladiator Sparring day at Fight Fit in Moorabbin. The purpose of today was development as a fighter, experience in the ring and to perform under the pressure of a small crowd. We had all different levels of experience today, some experienced and some first timers. Well done to everyone who stepped in the ring today, we are super excited for the future of our gyms fight team as some are well on their way and some have proved to start with a solid foundation and a whole lot of potential. All showed something unique, took away things to work on and things to be proud of. For us, attitude is everything….. what you take away from today and follow up with in the gym this week is as important as today. Work on what you need and sharpen what you have. Consistency and repetition. Big thankyou to our coaches @madcor86 Jarrod Zuehlke, @ben.lewis.pt.boxing Ben Lewis, @sam_renwick Sam Renwick and @amelia_dickson1 Amelia Dickson. Thankyou for giving up your Sunday to coach / support the fighters we couldn’t do it without you. Thanks to Chris and @sheree_derbyshire for bringing down our Junior Team to watch and learn Thankyou to @nick_special_k_kara for hosting today and @peter_hatton for also organising
