Fun finish!! Custom mosaic t-shirt quilt with a few traditional quilt blocks thrown in to get the quilt to the customer’s preferred size. Used the Panto Touchdown Football by @urban.elementz to give it themed flare in the stitching.

This WIP is done! 👻 It's only taken me 2 years! 🤦‍♀️ Yup, I started it around this time in 2024...made a few blocks here and there and finally quilted it up a couple weeks ago and stitched the binding this past weekend. It feels good to have it done, especially before Halloween! 🎃
For some reason I have 3 other Halloween WIPs...maybe I'll get another one done within the next 10 days? 🤣 (doubt it!)

Pattern: #meridianquilt by @piecedjustsew
Fabrics: hmmm...it was a Halloween roll, but now I can't remember the name of the fabric line. 🤷‍♀️
The backing is a wideback called Floral Raven by My Mind's Eye for @rileyblakedesigns

Thank you so very much @carolann427 for donating 2 boxes of @habanddash bobbins for use on Title IX quilts. I’m currently on my last box and had been thinking about needing more when Carol reached out. I’m constantly in awe of how people in this community continue to donate something just when I need it and help keep these quilts going. I’m going to track how many Title IX quilts these bobbins help complete. Thank you Carol! 😘

Today’s quilting. My client wanted a classic Baptist fan design and thread to match the quilt background. I think the Easy Peasy Baptist Fan panto from @urban.elementz and the Linen colorway of Glide thread from @habanddash fits the bill perfectly, don’t you?

Loving the fall colors in this quilt and the Glide “Cork” color thread by @habanddash is the perfect compliment! It picks up the golds, the browns and blends perfectly with the green on the back!

I still cannot get over how much I love this one. I am certainly biased since I wrote the pattern but I think this quilt came out absolutely STUNNING! I’m so honored to see my patterns out in the wild and to have gotten to quilt it as well just makes it even more special. I love my people!

Meet my Mr. Electric Blue quilt. I love the color electric blue. I even have a pair of electric blue pants and stilettos I wear on the regular. My favorite song of the decade is “Mr. Electric Blue” by @bensonboone and I thought it would be fun to make a quilt about it. One of the goals I set for myself this year involved working with the Qmatic software for one of my longarms, particularly working with lettering and fonts. This one took a whole lot of time and patience. I quilted it with the entire song lyrics using Glide Electric (get it?) thread, lettering from @abitorange and a musical pantograph (all around the edges as a frame) from @my_creative_stitches. 💙🩵💙🩵💙🩵

And this month's #rdqtopalong quilt is done! 🪲 It's bright and fun! The Villa Rosa pattern is called Main Street and while I used a @rileyblakedesigns FQ bundle, you could easily shop your scraps for this one!
@runningdoequilts is picking some great patterns for this year's quiltalong! 😘
