Well that’s that.
Catch Me If You Can @limelightstaug took about a month to prepare and then went on for 3 weekends.

I played Frank Senior, it was a damn good time working with all these people. This cast and crew, besides myself because they carried me, are immensely talented, good natured and were more welcoming to me than I could have ever hoped for. I never acted before and I learned a lot of things on the job from these fantastic human beings. I miss you guys.

I’d like to especially thank our director Dawn Knipe for insisting that I do this show when I tried turning it down out of fear.

I’d also like to thank Jeff Dodd, our music director, for being patient with me.

And to @chad__boyd who portrayed Frank Jr. and who has a fantastic singing voice and compelling acting style, thanks for the help and playing along when I made mistakes.

I could thank all of you individually but this would go on entirely too long, you’re all great people and fantastic talents.

Thanks.
-Johnny Jay
(Formerly Frank Sr.)

I owe it all to you.

This design, a year in the making, has been brought to life flawlessly. Thank you, to the cast and crew who made it happen. It is because of you that I have been nominated for this award. Without you, this design is no more than a few sheets of paper. This is a show I can never forget, and it is thanks to the dedication, passion, talent, love, kindness, and joy that has been portrayed by everyone during this production.

I hope to see everyone for our 10 year anniversary performance.
