A kitchen shaped around the details. When Eve and Mark began planning their kitchen, they worked closely with James and the team at Harrington Kitchens to create a space that reflects their individual style, with thoughtful details and practical solutions suited to everyday living. From the bespoke Highlands cabinetry and warm Burnished Brass hardware to the natural beauty of Taj Mahal stone, every element was carefully considered to create a kitchen that feels timeless, personal and entirely their own. “His ability to translate our ideas into a beautifully considered, bespoke kitchen while incorporating practical and innovative solutions was invaluable.” — Eve and Mark Read the full project story to discover the details behind this Burrawang kitchen. Some kitchens are special because of the details you notice. Others are special because of the details you discover. 🤍 Welcome to The Burrawang Village Kitchen, a forever home where the kitchen was designed to be entirely unique to Eve. From the bespoke Highlands cabinetry kitchen door profile and warm Irish Linen finish to the Taj Mahal natural stone, burnished brass hardware and custom stepped island edge, every detail was thoughtfully considered. And beyond the beautiful finishes? A thoughtfully designed pantry, clever storage and little touches that make everyday living that much easier. A kitchen with a sense of history, a little character and a personality all its own. Which detail catches your eye first: the natural stone, the brass hardware or the custom cabinetry? ✨ — Design details & materials Cabinetry & custom joinery: @harringtonkitchens Paint finish: @porterspaints Natural stone: @cavart_ds Hardware: @hettichaustralia Handles: @hepburnhardware Lights: @hafele_aus Electrician: @shadow.electrical Painter: @highlandshandpainting Designed with @cabmastersoftware #HarringtonKitchens #KitchenDesign #CustomKitchen #SouthernHighlands #KitchenInspiration

Some homes are designed. Others are curated. And then there are those rare projects where every decision feels considered, every detail intentional, and every space quietly connected. This is one of them. On Hambleton Street in Middle Park, our client Lin set out to create something deeply personal, yet broadly appealing. A home that could hold both heritage and modernity. A space that felt elegant, but never formal. Relaxed, but still refined. At the centre of it all sits the kitchen - the anchor, the meeting point, the room that informed everything else. But this story doesn’t begin and end there. It flows through the entire home, threading together materials, profiles, and moments of personality in a way that feels effortless… even though it’s anything but. “We’ve renovated a lot of homes over the years," Lin explained "and what stood out with Wood Wizards was how collaborative the whole process felt. They really listened to what we were trying to achieve and helped bring it to life in a way that felt calm, functional and true to us. The team were incredible to work with, and the end result feels beautiful without sacrificing practicality. We absolutely love living in it.” The kitchen now feels seamlessly integrated into the home - open, welcoming, and designed to evolve with the family over time. It’s proof that the best spaces don’t compete for attention. They simply feel right the moment you walk in. If your home is ready for its next chapter, the Wood Wizards team is here to help bring it to life. Explore more via the LINK IN BIO ↖ or call (03) 9557 2988 and let's get started.

CARLTON RESIDENCE A laundry designed with just as much thought as the rest of the home. Soft, tonal cabinetry is paired with beautiful travertine floor tiles, a generous butler’s sink and warm brass detailing, creating a space that feels both practical and considered. Custom storage includes a dedicated space for the Dyson and broom, keeping everyday essentials neatly tucked away but easily accessible. A hanging rail adds another layer of functionality, making everyday laundry tasks that little bit easier. To keep the look cohesive with the kitchen while keeping costs down, melamine in a colour closely matched to the lacquer cabinetry was used throughout. A hardworking space, thoughtfully designed. #laundrydesign #customjoinery #interiordesignnz #nzinteriors #kitchendesign Photography: @jamiecobelphotography
