🏢🔨 FROM THE ROOFTOP TO THE STOREFRONT A COMPLETE COMMERCIAL TRANSFORMATION! 🔥 This project was more than just giving a building a fresh new look. The Platinum crew tackled some serious roofing challenges while completely upgrading the exterior! 💪 We started by removing approximately THREE layers of old roofing down to the deck. With the original flat roof experiencing drainage issues, we installed a new tapered insulation system to create the proper slope and help water drain where it should. Then came the upgrades! 👇 ✅ New 60 mil fully adhered EPDM roofing system ✅ Tapered insulation for improved drainage ✅ Sleek black coping around the roof perimeter ✅ Black standing seam metal roofing on the front awning ✅ Dark Walnut woodgrain steel soffit ✅ New recessed lighting throughout the front awning soffit ✅ Fresh exterior metal and trim details From fixing what you DON’T SEE on the roof to transforming everything you DO SEE from the street, every detail matters! 🏢✨ Better drainage. Stronger protection. A whole new look. THAT’S THE PLATINUM WAY! 🔥 📍 Platinum Roofing & Exteriors 🎥: @haiexcd

The new shingles are down, but the job isn’t finished just yet! 👀🔥 Check out the Platinum crew working on the finishing details, including installing ridge cap shingles along the roof’s peaks and securing the areas around the chimney and roof vents. 💪 These finishing touches help seal vulnerable areas, protect against water intrusion, and give the roof a clean, professional finish. 🏠✨ Because a quality roof isn’t just about how it looks it’s about making sure every detail is done right.
