I loved watching our @Ford Power Her Drive mentees take on the Bronco Off-Roadeo, push themselves outside their comfort zones, and experience firsthand just how capable the Bronco can be! More than just an adventure, it was a chance to build confidence, learn new skills and discover what they’re capable of. Definitely a day we will never forget.

For those who know me, you know I’ve been caddying for 20+ years. I love what this job has given me, the people it has brought into my life, and most of all, what it has taught me.

But this year has taught me more about life—and about how we choose to treat people—than any year before.

This story starts with my Boss, Leah John (LJ).

When faced with what I can only describe as a growing year, she held her head high and met every challenging moment with humility. This game can break even the strongest of people. I’m a true testament to that. But LJ didn’t let it break her.

Even on the hardest days, when the course had beaten her every which way, she still stopped for every autograph. She still took the time to engage with people and ask each person their name.

After 20 years, I’ve learned that kindness is rare.

And I’ve learned that even when you’re having an awful day, even when work has pushed you to your limit, you can still choose kindness.

Leah, thank you for being you. Thank you for reminding me what grace, humility, and kindness look like.

Please don’t ever change your amazing heart. ❤️

Along Came Polly: Halfway through the @lottechampionship, Jeeno Thitikul and Polly Mack share the lead after matching scores of 67-65. Neither has made a bogey this week.

Thitikul is No. 2 in the world with 10 career wins, three this season. Mack, on the other hand, is a picture of perseverance. The 27-year-old from Germany who played at UNLV and Alabama joined the LPGA in 2023 but has yet to stay fully exempt by finishing in the top 100 - including in 2024 when she was 97th entering the final event, only to get bumped to 101. Undeterred, Mack has regained her card twice at Q Series, and this fourth season on tour has been her best with a T4 at ShopRite and her first weekend lead. She is currently 97th on the CME points list with a chance this weekend to avoid any 11th hour drama.

This being the final full-field event of the season makes it the last chance for many to move closer to the top 100. Rookies Carolina Melgrati (119) and Michelle Zhang (126) begin the weekend in the top five.

Any player outside the top 150 at week's end will have to go to the second stage of LPGA qualifying next week to try to remain on tour. Players like Steph Meadow (150), rookie Texans Hailee Cooper (160) and Emma McMyler (165), and Gigi Stoll (167) have all made the cut and will have a chance to move up over the final 36 holes and avoid that Stage II pressure cooker.
