with this year ending, i want to take a moment to reflect on these past months. with scary and stressful moments regarding my physical health and the many tests and appointments i had, i couldn’t be more grateful for the people that were by my side through it all, and that is many more people than just those in this post.

it has not only been a physical struggle, but a mental one as well. it has helped me grow and become stronger, pushing and testing me harder than i have ever experienced. not every day is easy and the progress can feel inconsistent at times, but something that has been consistent through it all is the village i have behind me.

i cannot express my gratitude for my teammates, family, and friends who have been by my side and made sure i never felt alone. it really does take a village, and i wouldn’t trade mine for the world.
