When you’ve spent as much time in the beauty industry as I have, you’ve seen skincare trends come and go. But the @epicutis Lipid Recovery Mask is one I think deserves a spot in your skincare regimen, and she’ll definitely be a staple in mine for a long time. Here’s why:

The hydration is intense, the glow is immediate, and it gives the skin that plump, juicy, glass-skin finish we’re always chasing.

Super hydrating • Supports a healthy skin barrier + collagen • Soothing • Helps reduce the appearance of redness • A must for microneedling post-care • Pregnancy safe • Only 10 ingredients

And apparently, the best application method is with your besties + champagne. 🥂

All Epicutis masks are 20% off this September. Call or inbox me for details.

Building your own thing doesn’t mean you have to figure out every part of it alone.

@haileybaitingerbuilt @designbee.agency her way, learning through experience, mistakes, mentorship, and plenty of figuring it out as she went. When she joined The Lola, she expected professional connections. What surprised her were the real friendships and the women she could talk to about business, life, and the questions that come with building something of your own.

That kind of proximity matters.

If you’re looking for women you can build around, ask questions with, and be real with, come see The Lola for yourself.

Explore membership or book a tour through the link in bio.

“A ripe pomegranate opens up and shows its secret meaning: the freedom of spirit. Mature feelings are free from dependence”.

This month‘s Conscious Babes Who Brunch 🐘 was a special edition where the babes went to an amazing garden and brunch party.

We learned some great tips and tools on how to start our own gardens! Followed by Garden fresh ingredients and mocktails created by Katy @katybert and Courtney from @spiritandsoulatl

Our theme this month was freedom to be, noticing when is the last time we felt free. Acknowledging when was the time we stopped being ourselves. And looking into ways to bring back that sense of freedom this month, perhaps from biking, gardening, hiking, or dancing!

At the beginning of this year, I set one intention: nourishment.

At first, I meant eating more whole, nutrient-dense foods. But health coaching this year has taught me that nourishment is so much more.

Yes, food matters. But so do the people we surround ourselves with, the spaces that inspire us, and the moments that allow us to slow down and reconnect with ourselves.

The theme for last month’s #ConsciousBabesWhoBrunch @jess.pfeff was nourishment, and it couldn’t have been more aligned with where I am. Every month, I leave with a full heart, fresh perspective, and a reminder that healing happens in community.

Writing has become another form of nourishment for me, too. It gives me space to slow down, reflect, process what I’m learning, and transform research into something meaningful for the women I serve.

So I’ll leave you with this:

Outside of food, what’s nourishing you these days?

Tomorrow is the day 🤍

Adage Pilates Centre opens its doors tomorrow for the very first class!

I could not have done this alone. To my incredible family and friends who showed up and stayed up preparing the space with me. Who has contributed in any way- big and small. You had belief in this vision before it was anything more than an idea. You kept me afloat. I owe you the world.

And to every single one of you who signed up before the doors have even opened, sent a message of encouragement, shared our page, or simply believed in me. From the bottom of my very full heart, thank you.

All I can say is that I have always been very passionate about encouraging people to move their bodies. I feel every sort of emotion possible to have the chance to bring my passion to life in a big way. And whether you choose to move with me at Adage or not, my wish for you is to find the movement that moves YOU.

Tomorrow we begin!

Have you met EPICUTIS?

For the past few months I’ve been using Epicutis in my treatment room, on brides, on photoshoots, on clients dealing with rosacea, eczema, PCOS, hyperpigmentation, vitiligo, acne, and visible signs of aging. And it changed the way I think about skin and calm & corrective treatments entirely.

So tell me, what’s the one skin concern you’ve been trying to solve? Drop it below. 👇🏾

Thirty-one

This year broke me down and built me up into versions of myself I could have never imagined. It feels like I have lived a thousand lives within the past 365 days and I am grateful for every inconceivable high and low. While this year was one of the most beautiful and exciting ones yet, it was also filled with a ton of fear and grief. Lots of learning to and choosing to do the hard things anyway. Intentionally breaking old patterns and marching on.

I spent a lot of time writing and being outdoors. I danced a lot and often. I began painting again. I created a show which became its own entity. I pushed my limits beyond my perceived breaking points and found out I am limitless. We all are.

Through it all, I feel like I’ve finally met myself and what a frightening thing. From a small and wounded place, a stranger emerged from me and set my life on fire. I was left trying to figure out how to let things burn. Something deep and profound told me to have trust and have faith in everything that was unfolding. I did and do my best. Now I’m starting to see myself more clearly and learning what I am capable of doing. I am intimidated by my potential but not more than I believe in it.

I am grateful for all of you who have supported, helped, held, believed in and loved me along the way. Connections old or new, brief or deep- you’ve helped me to heal. My angels here on earth and in heaven. You mean the world to me. Know that you have my heart forever.

And to my cat Nala who has been with me purring on my chest for the last 13 of these 31 years! I’m lucky to still have her with me 🐈🤍

This year taught me to move before feeling ready. Begin before allowing doubt to set in. And to choose love, faith and truth over fear.

I am feeling very thirty-one and am blessed to be here in the midst of figuring it all out.

Beautiful things are coming.

Imagine scrolling Instagram on a Friday night and buying a ticket to something you’ve never tried. That was the case for the craft girls in this room!

WE 👏🏼 HAD 👏🏼 SO 👏🏼 MUCH 👏🏼 FUN 👏🏼

Nobody warned us that calligraphy would be this therapeutic AND this hard 😅

But watching each other go from shaky strokes to “wait, that’s really good!” ? That’s the part nobody talks about.

We showed up as strangers with zero calligraphy experience. We left as girls with at least 25% more experience and the tools to keep practicing! ✨

This is what happens when you stop scrolling and actually show up for yourself. No more “we should do something like this” in the group chat - just buy the ticket, girl. 💅

Because community doesn’t build itself. And this year I’m on a mission to create spaces where women can learn, laugh, and enjoy each other. We are stronger together, I truly believe that! We need community now more than ever.

Got a skill you’ve been wanting to try? An Instagram post marked “let’s try this one day!”
Drop it below ⬇️ let’s make one day happen!

📩 missed this one?! Don’t worry - DM me your email to get on the list so you never miss what I’ve got comin next!

The right room changes everything.

Let’s get into the 7 things you’d do differently…
1. Stop going to events where everyone’s pitching and no one’s listening.

2. Find a room where ambition and softness aren’t in conflict.

3. Stop pretending you have it figured out and start being in rooms where you don’t have to.

4. Invest in relationships with women who are building something, not just talking about it.

5. Show up consistently, not just when you need something.

6. Stop networking. start belonging somewhere.

7. Find your people and protect that circle.

The Lola membership includes a Founders and Freelancers monthly gathering built for exactly this… small. intentional. real.

This is the room you’ve been looking for.

Lola applications are open, come and take a tour and spend the day with us!
