oh senior night🥹

TYJ for the strength and the courage to go out there in front of my friends, family, and teammates to kick the game off on senior night.

This is the only time I stepped onto the field this season which means my soccer career is officially over. I have so much love for the game and this program. To all of my teammates through all of the years, I have so much love for you and am so glad we crossed paths in this time. My current teammates, man I just love you so much. To know that you have a teammate who will never step on the field this year, did not stop any of you from being just so nice and kind to me. To my family, specifically my parents, brother, and grandparents, thank you so much for the dedication, the passion, the love, and all the travel to make this sport possible for myself. To let a little girl play a sport that no one knew anything about had to take some courage but here we are almost 17 years later and it might’ve been the best decision we have made. Thank you to my boyfriend. Even though he knew I wouldn’t play this year, he’s put so much effort in to make sure I know that it is okay. To know that I still have worth and value outside of the sport and into Jesus. Dany even managed to fly out and also make my night just as special as it needed to be. Thank you to my best friends. Kaiden and Harim, I know that you guys originally only became friends with me because I was Dany’s girlfriend, but now you guys are my absolute best friends and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Macie, I know we’ve known each other for such a short period of time, but you are my life long little sister. No matter the time, you always make me feel loved and you always make me laugh. I love you! Oh and my precious Cora, I have so much love for you and our friendship. You are someone I really needed in my life and I am so blessed to have watch you grow into such an amazing woman. Lastly, to MVNU and my MVNU coaches, thank you for ultimately believing in me and trusting in me to transfer into the program. Not everyone one would’ve let someone do that. 💗

thank you soccer, you will be missed competitively💗#4out - onto the next, Go Bucks!

Hailey Burger was a brick wall for @mvnuwsoc last week as she had 21 saves! The freshman keeper had 16 saves against No. 2 Marian and had 5 saves in the 1-0 shutout win at Saint Francis on Saturday!
