Peak Week 📸 Flicks

Recapping one of the hardest, but most rewarding, week of this journey. Every single day felt like a challenge, each in its own way. I had to work full shifts the first three days of peak week, and battled exhaustion and fatigue Friday-Sunday during my post-work gym & cardio sessions. I even broke down at one point on Saturday, just telling Ang and Moses how extremely tired I was and couldn’t fathom pushing through an hour of cardio.

Oh and then one day I needed to eat SO bad, I was so so hungry, but my food slipped out of my hand. I almost cried. Surprised I didn’t actually hahaha.

We stopped cardio and gym sessions on Wednesday, which felt SO weird not working out for once. It’s become such a habit and routine in life!

I literally weighed in at 105 lbs on show morning 😮 I couldn’t believe that. As cool as that was, I’m so excited to put on more muscle and never be that small again. Being lean is cool, but being lean AND jacked is way cooler.

Oh and I also carved pumpkins during peak week and was too tired to scoop out the guts so lucky Moses got to do that for me 😋 thank you thank you hahaha. I think my cat pumpkin turned out okay 🤔

Excited to do it all again next year hehe 🙃

So I guess I’m a body builder now 💁🏼‍♀️✨ I stepped on my first ever competition stage last weekend for the NPC Idaho Cup Naturals, Bikini division!

1st True Novice
4th Novice
3rd Open Class A

I put in so so so much work to step on stage, and I’m ready to do it all again and bring more muscle and definition to next years competitions! I couldn’t have done this without my friend and coach @angelinae_fit @aeg_showprep. She pushed me in all the right ways and helped me bring the best beginning physique I could have with only 8 months of weightlifting under my belt! (Thank you, figure skating, for the great muscle base 😂).

Huge thank you to everyone who came to support and wished me good luck! I couldn’t have made it to stage without continued daily support from friends, family, and coach. I’m truly so grateful for everyone who helped me accomplish this! NOW LET’S FREAKING GROW and come back next year even better 😤

I dont even know where to start…?! But a HUGE thank you to Nicki for helping this weekend and stepping in to cover for Gerry since he could not make it to Boise with us. Nicki started with me back in jan of 2025 and was pondering the idea of maybe doing a show and just started with me for one month. Well….. one month has turned into two years, an incredible friendship, and someone who I get to call a coach for my business. So consider me VERY blessed. Enjoy this little spam of me and nicki throughout the past two years, and oh SO many more memories to come in regards to friendship, coaching AND as an athlete. My nicki my nicki, whom im so lucky to call one of my best friends (and athletes and biz partners - and my cats consider her fam so we shall include that in there too) 🤍

NPC IDAHO CUP NATURALS 2026 💙

🥇First - True Novice Bikini
🌟Fourth - Novice Bikini
🥉Third - Open Class A Bikini

I don’t even have words to describe how incredibly happy I am with my first show! I had no idea what to expect going into this journey. After Figure Skating, I needed a new direction, and picked up my first weights in March. Here I am, winning MEDALS (and crowns 👑) in body building just 8 months later.

I put in SO much work, said no to so many off plan meals and activities, put in 2-3 hours at the gym 5x a week, finished my 60 minute cardio sessions/daily steps/eating on PLAN and so much more that I’m seriously so proud of. This really pushed me into a lifestyle I’m growing to love, and towards a version of myself I never thought possible.

Coach @angelinae_fit and I have got a NASTY growth season ahead of us, and then I OBVIOUSLY want to compete again. Aiming for next fall, and hey… maybe Nationals if it’s in the cards 👀 Let’s get to work 🫡
