A huge thank you to Honeygrove Studio and their sweetest shop owner, Hailey Lopez, for inviting me to bartend such a fun and successful event! 🖤🎃 I’m so grateful to have been a part of it and had the best time.✨

$6 years ago, I got a call from a Trader Joe’s here requesting me to transfer, given a three week notice. I knew nothing of San Antonio, but said sure! Jamie and I had only been together for 6 months, and without hesitation he said let’s take a chance. So much change took place these past 6 years; I quit my job with Trader Joe’s of 8 years unsure what was next. Jamie quit his job with Trader Joe’s as well. We got new jobs and unexpectedly found out we were expecting Keegan! Jamie surprised planned our elopement ♥️ we became parents to one fierce breech baby who taught me to trust my body and the birth process. We moved into a bigger apartment as we weren’t sure about settling down yet. Another unexpected surprise finding out we were pregnant with Buggy! Lacey passing away 💔 Buggy arrived en caul on Good Friday! Her craniosynostosis diagnosis where she had to have surgery on her skull just shy of being only 3 months old. Navigating helmet therapy. First major car accident and first fractured bone. Said goodbye to the blue car. Navigating motherhood alone with no village or my own Mom. Keegan started preschool 🩵 Annual road trips to Waco. Many wonderful ink therapy sessions. Overcame finally my postpartum weight loss through dedication and commitment. Grew closer with Jamie and getting ready to celebrate 5 years of marriage later in the year! I cannot imagine living life with anyone else👏🏻 Met wonderful people and build a lil community here. Friends and family came to visit. Started a new job this year that has been one of the best moves for me. Keegan learned his first sport! Watched Jamie coach. Rediscovering myself and my faith. One month from today we are making the trek back to my hometown of Dayton OH where we will settle down and continue to build our life together! My heart does break over the fact that this will be my first move without Lacey, but her ashes will of course make the trek. To continual new beginnings 🌻 Grateful forever for our community here! #liveauthentic #crosscountrymove #texas #ohio #memories$
