It’s taken me around a month to make this post about camp because I’m still trying to find the words. In short, I would be nowhere in life without God and finding him and continuing my walk with him has been the biggest blessing. Psalm 16:8 “I know the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me.” ✝️

@newvisionstudents thank you for giving me the best most memorable 8 years of my life. thank you for providing me a home away from home, a second family, a community of brothers and sisters for a lifetime. This church has left such an impact on my life and my families life. Although my walk with the Lord is not perfect, i always knew i had a community i could fall back on when I knew I couldn’t fight through this life on my own. A creator who never waivered in his love and mercy for me. He and this community accepted me for who I was and eternally changed me. I am forever grateful 🩷🥺

Last camp! I don’t know yet how i feel. But i do know I really love everyone i got to meet. Six years of cultivating non blood siblings, learning about yourself, and evaluating the recents of your life. Camp gives people opportunities to redefine the routine of lives. It’s clear, God has always been faithful. I choose to take that evidence and keep believing in silent periods. And pray that work God leads me to do completes my faith beautifully. Thank you Jesus for sacrifice. The blood absolutely never lose it’s power! #camp26 @newvisionstudents Signing out 😭😭 🤎

Lord, as the tears of the desperate reach your feet your children call out to you.

The broken hearted.
The heavy Burdened.
The sorrowful.

Your children think that in their hurt, in their pain, in their suffering you have abandoned them. They begin to lose trust and faith. They stray away.

However, our feelings don’t change God’s faithfulness, our circumstances don’t change God’s faithfulness, and people’s failures don’t change God’s faithfulness.

We see this in Jonah.
We see this in Jacob.
We see this in Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.

He was faithful then.

Jesus was spit on, whipped, mocked, beaten, and crucified on behalf of my sin, your sin, and the sin of mankind. God turned His face on His perfect son because Jesus knew what the cost was.

He rose 3 days later. He rose along with life giving us hope. He defeated OUR sorrow, He defeated OUR pain, He defeated OUR hurt. Our emotions failed to get the final say.

He is faithful now.

Surrender because He gives hope, peace, strength, integrity. Praise Him because He gives us life. Rejoice because our joy is fueled by His faithfulness. Exalt Him because His love for us is unfailing.

He was faithful then. He is faithful now.

NV CAMP 2026. Last one. Best one.

Words cannot even describe how the Lord moved up on that mountain. What a sweet reminder that the faithfulness of the Lord hasn’t changed one bit. The fact that we have a savior who gave up his own life so we can spend eternity with him in heaven says it all. Even though we are not always faithful to the Lord, he will remain faithful to us. We serve a God that was Faithful Then, and remains Faithful Now. TYJ for this week❤️
