KNOW KNOTT IS THAT GIRLLLLL

The one who detangles your drama, keeps you moisturized, protects you from the heat, and never weighs you down.

Honestly, we could all use a friend like her.

Meet O&M Know Knott — the leave-in conditioning spray we’re borderline obsessed with at A+B.

- Melts through tangles without the tug-of-war
- Delivers lightweight moisture without the greasy aftermath
- Provides heat protection for your styling routine
- Leaves hair soft, manageable, and smelling INCREDIBLE
- Works on wet OR dry hair

Extensions? YES.
Mesh integration? ABSOLUTELY.
Your natural hair? OBVIOUSLY.

If you’re investing in beautiful hair,
you should be investing in keeping it beautiful, too.

Available at Alter + Blend Hair Studio

Our annual A+B crew day 🤍

A little pottery, an amazing meal, lots of laughs, and some bonding time outside of the salon. Just so happened to be festivals in both places so it added a little more fun to the day. We were missing Ashlyn all day! 🥹

As we get closer to celebrating 8 years of Alter + Blend, I’ve been thinking a lot about how much this little salon has grown and changed over the years. Teams evolve, seasons change, people come and go and somehow every chapter helps shape what this place becomes.

I’m so thankful for these girls. Every single one of you has brought something different to A+B, and I genuinely love and appreciate the team we have.

Owning a salon has given me a lot to be proud of, but creating a place filled with people I actually love spending time with will always be one of my favorite parts.

Almost 8 years of A+B. 🥹
Very grateful for where we’ve been, but even more grateful for who I get to do it with now.🤍

Maybe “chic” isn’t what you wear.

Maybe it’s building a business with intention.
Maybe it’s protecting your peace.
Maybe it’s finding a stylist you trust.
Maybe it’s creating a space people don’t want to leave.

We think that’s kinda chic 🩷

Maybe you’ve outgrown where you are.

Maybe you’re craving a team that supports each other, flexibility that lets you enjoy life outside the salon, and a space where you’re encouraged to keep growing instead of competing.

If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for, we’d love to meet you.

We’re looking for one artist who’s passionate about great hair, great people, and building a career they’re proud of.

Send us a DM with “CHAIR” or email alterandblend@gmail.com to set up a private tour

AI may be able to do a lot of things..
but it can’t build trust, create connection, or make women feel beautiful again. Behind the chair is a real artist, real conversation, real energy & years of mastering the craft. 🩷

We’re talking silky, protected, frizz-free hair that actually lasts—not just for the day, but for multiple washes 🙌🏼
