Movement is medicine. ✨
Today’s Pilates class was all about reconnecting with the body, strengthening from within, and creating space to breathe, reset, and feel grounded.

At Nurtured Spirit Healing, we believe true wellness nurtures the whole spirit — mind, body, and soul. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with intention, and gave themselves the gift of self-care today.

My hand over my heart.
You’ll notice it in almost every photo from my sound healing training—and it’s intentional.
It’s how I ground myself while I’m serving others.
I’ve always felt deeply connected to the heart chakra. Maybe that’s why I’ve always been drawn to green. 💚
The heart chakra represents love, compassion, connection, and the ability to both give and receive.
And at the core, that’s what this practice has always been about for me.
Not just sound.
Not just Reiki.
Not just energy.
Connection.
Creating a space where you can quiet the outside world, come back into your body, soften what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with yourself.
But before I can hold space for someone else, I have to come back to my own center.
Hand to heart.
Feet grounded.
Breath steady.
From there, I serve.
And maybe that’s the greatest lesson this practice continues to teach me:
We can’t pour from a disconnected place. We have to return to ourselves first. 💚
This is the heart of my work.
And it’s the energy I bring into every session ✨

WELCOME TO FRIDAY FINDS 🔍

The Hairdo-lini experience started in womens’ kitchens where owner, Elisabeth began to understand, first-hand, the struggle of successful women and their juggle. I began to bring the yogic modalities to them, to help ease their stress while I colored their hair.

Hairdo-lini is her solution to life’s constant pull towards changing hats & doing all the things. Launching beauty from the inside out to the greater community and to spread conscious living.

With soothing sounds and affirmations playing, this experience is like no other & everyone deserves to gift themselves the time to be totally present and in the moment, to be calm (totally not normal for me) to BREATH & just BE!! ✨🧘🏼‍♀️😌💇🏻‍♀️🫶🏻
